UNRELIABLE
Unreliable booking - their team sent me a "please confirm you want to proceed with the booking" email after I have CONFIRMED and PAID on the website.
They "will NOT issue ticket until you have confirmed you want to proceed without check in luggage". And more importantly "we cannot hold ticket price and the final ticket price is subject to the ticket price at the time of confirmation".
Imagine you went on a holiday thinking everything is booked and paid for but only to realize you don't have a return ticket when you are ready to go home.
Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

When you said the booking references provided are not recognized by the airlines, do you mean you contacted the airline on the phone or by email, and they advised you that these bookings are not valid?

Customers are left without real support
I am writing on behalf of my son, as I have been helping him deal with this situation.
Very poor communication throughout the entire process. My questions were not properly answered, and it was extremely difficult to get clear information or any direct contact with the airline.
Despite submitting a request based on medical reasons, the outcome was disappointing. After all deductions and service fees, the refund I received was only AU$297.55, which is far below expectations.
The process lacks transparency, and it feels like customers are left without real support or clear explanations. This situation caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
I strongly believe the company needs to improve communication, fairness, and accountability when handling customer cases, especially those involving medical circumstances.
