I like that the process was smooth and ticket prices are cheap. But during the checkout, they suddenly changed the price and raised it to +65aud which was misleading to me.

AVOID AT ALL COST..,,,

AVOID AT ALL COST..,,,, Worst compamy ever.

They need to change my flight time, but i cannot take that flight, when I have to cancel it, they asked for service charge.

This is completely outrageous when the service cannot be provided due to airline suddenly changes in times and the timing completely cannot match my plan,  therefore flight needs to be cancelled.  The service charge should be charged to airline,  not me.  And it is taking so long to refund.

Will never use thie company again.

All customers are required to review our terms and conditions before paying for the tickets. They are required to click to accept in order to proceed to the payment page. We only collect our service fees per our terms and conditions.

Warning to anyone that is going to use…

Warning to anyone that is going to use this company(Jettzy), just don’t, awful service from start to finish, changed our flight times numerous amount of times to the point of confusion.
Then 10 days before we travelled cancelled the flights altogether with no reasonable alternative flights, in fact they wanted us to change our holiday dates to fit there alternative offered flights.
Zero acceptance of any blame and zero acknowledgement or concept of what it has done to our holiday arrangements.
Then advised us there would be a $30 service fee per person kept back from the so called full refund, and it may take 12 weeks to be given a refund, again trying to blame the airline. Our business was not either the airline it was with Jettzy, they did nothing.
My advice, don’t deal with these 3rd party Mickey Mouse travel agents, they may seem cheaper but when it goes wrong, it will cost you more, very unreliable.

Look at the response to other dissatisfied customers in these reviews,
It’s just an automated text response.
There going to take $120 of us for doing absolutely nothing
, this is daylight robbery and shouldn’t be allowed to happen.
Through no fault of our own, we’re getting penalised, not even enough money within the company to give immediate refunds, speaks volumes folks.

Need to check which currency …

I didn't realize the tickets were in Australia dollars till it was too late.
I would not have proceed if I had know as I was paying in NZ $
Making it more expensive.

Terrible

Terrible - you changed my flights to a time I am unable to make. I requested a refund and you cannot even guarantee that, even though you are not proving the service I paid for. Also, you are now saying you, refund will take 13 weeks. I cannot get hold of anyone through calling and the email replies are basically useless. Terrible service I will never book through you again.

After pay for my booking ticket I…

After pay for my booking ticket I received a confirmation email of my ticket quicker than expected
The only thing is the ticket price is a bit higher compared to other cities

It was disgusting they closed the check in 50 min before departure left so many passengers and charged 176$ extra for reschedule.Disgusting service.

No real help+pulling money

No real help
Team was trying to pull 100aud for the case under Australian Customers Service Regulations (my flight was delayed in mid section for 5 days) and to help me i was asked to pay 100 aud upfront.

​I am extremely disappointed with jettzy

​I am extremely disappointed with Jettzy's service. Due to an airline schedule change (Emirates), my itinerary became an "illegal connection" where my second flight departs BEFORE my first flight arrives. This is an involuntary change that I am not responsible for.
​Even though Emirates has confirmed in my file (PNR) that the rebooking to a direct flight should be done at NO COST, Jettzy is trying to extort $225 CAD in "service fees" to fix this impossible itinerary.
​They are holding my ticket hostage and refusing to follow the airline's own waiver notes. This is predatory behavior. I have contacted the airline directly and they confirmed Jettzy is the one blocking the free reissue.
​Avoid this agency at all costs if you value your money and peace of mind. I will be escalating this to the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) and the Consumer Protection Office.
