It's not what you see that you will get.
Not at all close to what was advertised . I also paid extra for the engraving but was not included. Please be aware that what you see on their website is not what you are going to get.

Ordered my fiancee earrings on the 5th…
Ordered my fiancee earrings on the 5th of February asked and paid for it to be delivered for valentines day. Now the 25th I've asked for a refund and they want to charge me 30% of the price to get a refund. Stated in terms and conditions 10-20 days processing they've had 20 days it's still processing. Was told it was because my order is being custom made it's not it's a design from their website nothing custom about it they are refusing to give me a refund or any valid reason why my order isn't even shipped yet and expect me to pay to get only some of my money back? Absolutely shocking

Firstly do not buy from this company, i bought my fiance a ring, its last just under a month, stones are coming off, PLATING from the band is chipping off, causes irration when wearing. All the companys fault, all manufacturering fault but refusing to give a refund because its past thirty days, so now ive paid for a ring that my fiance cant wear and had to order from a different company because its shocking quality. Oh and dont forget to mention that the customer service is digusting. So i will be taking this higher to court. Disgusting company. I even paid extra for my fiances sized ring and its not even her size!

They charged for faster delivery and this did not happen. It took over a month for the product to arrive even though I paid for express delivery. Within 2 months the ring set were flaking on all 3 rings. No they weren't exposed to water/perfume etc! Contact customer service and they say they aren't able to be returned despite having a supposed 1 year warranty, they offer to exchange and then want them sent back first! Lies all the time from this company. Still not sorted nearly 3 months after ordered.
And now they want me to return it at my own cost!! Send a prepaid envelope, very simple! Another change to what they have said! Now "apparently" they can repair them! Not happening obviously!!!

Ring is currently on order, its showing as processing for 14 Working days now. I have messaged Customer Services twice in the last 3 days asking what stage of processing my order is at, its a simple question to ask really.. no response to both of my messages for 3 working days now.
I just expected to know how close to dispatch the ring is at.

Poor quality, impossible to return, expect you to send to the US at customers expense.
Been really disappointed with this company, the necklace received was smaller and different to pictured online, have tried to return it and they claim I can’t as ‘it’s personalised’ even though i ordered exactly what came up in a google search. They don’t reply quickly, they confuse details or your request, will not provide a complaints process. 30 day east return is a myth and they expect you to send items back to the US at your expense even though they appear to be a UK company. They are not, i have reported to trading standards, Amex are also investigating. Do not buy from those company.

Appalling experience
Appalling experience. Order placed in December 2024. It didn't have the correct address on it so Evri couldn't deliver and it was supposedly returned to Jeulia. I've asked for a refund but it's been refused. 22 emails back and forth and still no resolution. Definitely will not order from this company again.

Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered 2 rings both same size, 1 fits but 1 doesn't. Ordered them as wedding rings to see which one suited best , wanted to return the one that doesn't suit at all but told I'd only be given partial refund, that I'd have to pay tracking to return to AMERICA , the other ring that actually suits style of my engagement ring doesn't fit despite being marked same size as 1 that does fit. I've been told I can only recieve credit for that 1 again minus 35% plus the shipping charge so basically they would receive the ring back and I'd receive nothing. They state 30 day easy refunds, I've spent 6 days trying to get return information from them and now they are being quite rude. I have sent pics of BOTH rings one fitting the other not. But again been told I've measured wrong (same size ring apparently, and same finger but 1 doesn't fit) stay well clear.

Beautiful wedding and engagement rings
I decided I would like a new wedding set in silver, I chose a wedding band engagement ring and eternity ring, I was quite sceptical because the cost is so low, I replaced my original set at the cost of just under £300, so didn't expect any real quality. I thought well I can always wear them as costume jewellery if they aren't as advertised. Just wow! I am so pleased with my purchases they look great, the quality is first class and it would be hard to distinguish between these and more expensive rings and they come with a 1 year warranty. I would highly recommend Jeulia jewellery

What you see is not what you get
Bought a dragon necklace advertised as 45mm. In reality it is 13mm. It is too small to gift to a child and not worth a fraction of £105.
Once I refused an exchange the company stopped replying to my messages, then used delaying tactics of ‘please send a photo’ etc
Suffered £11.70 return postage cost and they are deducting £10 to penalise me for not having an exchange voucher despite the necklace still being in its packaging so I am £21.70 out of pocket.

Ordered an intertwined love knot very beautifull ring. Although can not establish for certain if it is solid silver under gold plate as not hallmarked. Have to see what happens in time. If its not silver then its expensive.
