Excellent quality jewelry
Excellent quality jewelry at a reasonable price. Easy to navigate the website and order what you need. Delivery was also good, product arrived well within the quoted time frame
Great product
Great product, great value, only issue was the tracking was not great, wasn't told when it was coming and tracking the item was not fully up to date
Great product and web experience
Stay well clear of this company
Stay well clear of this company. The first ring they sent was incorrect size. We ordered correctly but it was too small and when we checked with ring sizer the ring was wrong....yet they made me pay half towards another one. The next ring has a stone fall out. Quality not good. Now I've been made to pay £10 postage for a replacement, despite it being faulty. Stick with UK companies witness good reviews.
Easy to veiw and then making a choice.

Do not give them your money, they're a scam
My wife specially chose and customised my wedding ring and the stones are already falling out after 3 weeks. She's absolutely gutted and has been offered no real resolution for this that doesn't include us having to fork out more money. Do not recommend this site.
SCAMMING THIEVES..... you've been warned.
AVOID.... AVOID.... AVOID....
Pre-Sales service is excellent. Once they've got your money though, its a whole different story......... 🤬 AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT
Hubby has wasted £700 on my Christmas Pressie. Apart from the initial issue that I was trying to contact them about, it turns out that one of the stones is so badly set it could easily come out at any time.
I sent over 30 messages and they ignored every single one. It was only after I started commenting on their facebook adverts that they finally reached out to me. I immediately responded and, surprise surprise, I heard nothing again until I started up on facebook again. They then messaged me to say they can fix the ring for a 35% fee, which will be about £250 on a £700 ring.
I have told them that this ring was supposed to be a sentimental present from my husband who is terminally ill but they have no guilt and merrily sleep at night.
On top of this, the first ring I bought (which I was initially delighted with), has already lost its gold plating on the band. Ive had it about 2 months. Thats another £200 down the drain.
Oh, and Jeulia UK is NOT in the UK.
JUST GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK.
EDIT: Ive just found out that the MOISSANITE stones I paid EXTRA for are cubic zirconia and they STILL want ME to pay for them to "put this right" though they have very kindly offered to do it at a discounted fee of 25% instead of 35%........ They are nothing short of scamming thieves.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PUT YOUR MONEY TOWARDS A QUALITY PIECE OF JEWELLERY FROM A REPUTABLE RETAILER
They get one star because I cant write a review on zero stars!
NB. If you are in the UK and having trouble with this company, have a google of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 😉

Really easy to use,the order was quick and simple. Can't wait for the item to be delivered.
Love this shop.
I’ve bought two items and they are reasonably priced for what you get. Love picking the colours I want. Delivery has been excellent. I have just ordered 2 more items. I need to stop.
Lack of communication
Lack of communication. I ordered a couple of days ago to my knowledge I could be waiting over a month for my order. I understand I takes time to make but I ordered through klarna and have since received my money back as they didn't take it. This to me means they haven't even started processing my order and I am proposing to my girlfriend in 3 weeks time abroad.

Ordered a ring that was to big and wanted to send it back to be resized and still waiting for a reply my thirty days are up for it to be returned costumer service is dreadful to get intouch with emails after emails even put in 3 tickets this has definitely stopped me ordering again as I know have ring that I can't wear.

Very big range of jewellery and easy to place order,as a manbthis is for my woman birthday gift.i usually mess it up but the process was simple.
Beautiful jewellery
The website was so easy to use and the jewellery is beautiful, I will definitely be buying more.
SCAM company
I did not receive my item of which I spent over £100 on. They were of no help what so ever. Quite literally told me to just tell the police or speak to the courier. No offer of a replacement or refund. Absolute scam company. I have quite a large following on social media and will definitely be putting the word out. AVOID
Quick & easy payment
Quick & easy payment, will update more on receipt of purchase ( ring )
AVOID AVOID AVOID
AVOID AVOID AVOID! They make it seem they are UK based, they are not (Hong Kong & LA). All seems very legit on their website and social media. However they have over 10K followers on Instagram but basically zero engagement on their posts - that is a red flag, that screams a company that wants to appear legitimate and trustworthy but are actually not as it clearly bots for followers (wish I'd realised this before ordering). But hey 30 day returns so sure if it wasn't great it can be returned. I made an order and quickly realised I needed to cancel the order. I thought no problem, it was within a couple hours of ordering plus with 30 day returns (which after looking more into, there isn't any further info they provide on their 30 day return and seeing other reviews it is clear they still try to slap you with hidden fees!!). Anyway, I thought there will be no problem with cancelling. It took them almost 24hrs to reply, they told me the order was sent to the production team 2hrs after order made (I call rubbish on this nor do I see relevance, if you have 30 day returns, it makes no sense). They told me if I wish to cancel I would still be charged 30% of my order for "material fees". Like excuse me?! Materials they already would have and notice they hadn't said it was already in production, being made. But back to the 30 day return, if I can return a product within 30 days... would they charge me 30% material fees for this too?? I think not. Sounds extremely suss and made up as they go vibes. Extremely misleading company and I wish I had done more in depth research on them before ordering! It takes a lot for me to get duped by a company so I am annoyed with myself for not being more vigilant. I have a case open with who I paid through and I have no doubt I'll be getting my money back in full as no where stated they charge 30% of order to cancel an order not even in production or sent out but yet seemingly offer 30 day returns which you would assume would be a full refund...do yourself a favour and don't bother ordering from them. All the "good" reviews on Trust Pilot all read the same which makes me believe its bots or fake profiles that have written a lot of the "good" reviews. Do not trust this company as they clearly have a lot of hidden fees and don't obey by UK consumer laws.
