I came across this business while scrolling...so glad I did ! Communication was great from start to finish, I originally sent a picture via WhatsApp to ask if a repair was possible and the response was quick and I was guided through the process of how to send it. My item was of great sentimental value to me and I always felt like my jewellery was safe and looked after and it arrived back today repaired and looking brand new I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and found they were good value too many thanks 🙂

Absolutely Thrilled with the service from Jewellery Repairs UK! I sent in some earrings that needed to be converted into clip-ons. They've come back looking brand new - perfectly polished, no damage and looking even better than before. Communication was excellent (they kept me updated on the drying process after washing), dispatch was quick once dry, and the earrings arrived safely and beautifully packaged. My very precious ring was sent away and repaired beautifully. They kept in contact throughout with updates so i wouldn’t worry. The price was very reasonable. Considering i couldn’t find a high street jeweller that would help me i was over the moon with the service.

I experienced excellent service from this company. The greatest care was taken with my Mum’s earrings and they came back to me with a new stone that is a great match , and all nicely cleaned , looking like new. The price was very reasonable for such good work and service. .

I had lost a diamond from my engagement ring and it had sat in the drawer for ages until I found this company! I was really missing wearing it! This company is easy to contact, postage is really reliable and safe. They did an excellent job of replacing the diamond, to match the 2 existing diamonds. And cleaning my ring, it came back looking brand new again! I am so pleased with it, and would recommend to everyone that needs jewellery repaired.

I had never used a jewellery repair service before so it was nice that Jasmine took me through the process of having my signet ring repaired. The process was so simple and efficient and when my repaired ring was returned it looked wonderful. Very good work indeed!
