From my initial request for a quote, to discussing details if what I would have done, to the sending out of the completed repairs, I found the communications top notch - immediate, friendly and professional. The provision of a Special Delivey pre-paid package for sending the jewellery to them was also much appreciated. Cost-wise it was a little more than I expected, but the prices are clearly communicated on the website so that was down to me, but I am very happy with the repairs and would recommend Jewellery Repairs UK without reservation. Great people - great work!

Had a silver bracelet refurbished repaired and was really pleased with both the service and results. Simple and friendly service getting a quote, pre-paid envelope arrived a few days later, sent it in, was given a price for agreement and then a completion date. Bracelet arrived back in better than new condition (the clasp was better than the original) a day or so early. Cannot fault this in any way and would definitely come back in future.

Had an old Christening bracelet that had been passed down through the family but had snapped at a joint. The repair is perfect and you can't even tell there was any damage, I also had the band engraved and it's beautiful and has now been passed on to my daughter. From my initial message through to the returned delivery communication was brilliant and even followed up when I hadn't sent my jewelry in due to delays with royal mail postage. Great process in place to get your item to them. Fantastic communication and the repair was superb. I sent an inexpensive, but sentimental ring which was cracked and needed resizing. The end result was brilliant. A ring we had purchased in Spain in 2009 looking brand new.

Excellent service from start to finish. I found this company through an online search and saw that it had great reviews. It is a small company which manages to deal with a very personal touch from providing the envelopes for postage to communicating all through the process. I can't fault the workmanship which restored my rings to their former glory. I would highly recommend using this company.

Great service all completed in the time frame you informed me of. Quality of repair to my 60year old wedding ring was perfect the moving part of the ring had become loose and was in danger of falling out. New pivot installed and ring made to look as good as the day my wife placed it on my finger. In fact it was her who replaced it on my finger. Isn’t that soppy.

Jewellery Repairs UK is a quite outstanding company in my opinion. Jason's repair to my wife's engagement ring has made it look better than new, Jasmine's regular communications throughout kept me fully informed and the cost was extremely reasonable.
The company has been an absolute delight to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I found this company online and maybe like others I was dubious about sending my daughters ring to them however this worry was totally unfounded as their service from start to finish was outstanding and their cost was just over a 1/3 of the price I was quoted by the jewellery store where I bought the ring from. On it's return the repair and work carried out was outstanding the ring looked brand new. I sent my wife's necklace to Jewellery Repairs UK for repair. The company kept us fully informed of cost, when they would carry out the repair, approx. how long it would take and when they were ready to return it. They stuck religiously to their word. My wife now has her necklace returned and she just cannot tell were it was broken. The workmanship is brilliant obviously carried out by a true professional.
