This was the fault of the company blaming a new labelling machine for the error
After eventually receiving the item it was opened by my wife curious has to what the fuss was about
This spoilt my surprise for Christmas and I returned it asking for the postage to be paid by the company .
To which they refused point blank ..
Unbelievable!!!!

Slightly inaccurate review here from Dave, but these things happen in this age.
First there was excellent communication throughout on both sides, which included a small discount which he asked for as funds were tight. Yes, there was an error with the address. It was sent to the wrong house number on the same road and it was fully tracked and insured. If the recipient wasn't as honest as Dave said she was, we would have been able to retrieve it. If we couldn't retrieve it due to her being dishonest, Dave would have recieved a full refund.
As for Dave's wife opening the parcel because she was curious, well that really is out of our control and not our fault. I'm sure everyone can accept this. The fact that she didn't like it is out of our control too. We would have been happy to swap the pendant for something else and refunded the difference if there was one.
It was returned, as was Dave's right, for which a full refund was given. However, as for us paying his postage, unfortunately this is one of the companies T&C's available on our website. It does state that alll customers are liable for postage on returns.
We do take all our reviews very seriously and wish Dave all the best for the future.

Couldn’t be happier
Iv been searching for years for a specific charm my great grandmother left to my mum years ago which sadly got lost many many years ago. I messaged JT to see if they could source it and less than a month later they got in touch with the great news they had found one. They sent me pictures and descriptions which helped me feel comfortable and less than 20hrs after my payment was made I received the beautiful charm wrapped beautifully and securely.
