Completely cash hungry no compassion for there claimants
Initially I had been told to update JF Law once there was conclusive ending in regards to my claim. Once I had the update of information to give to JF Law I had been instructed that my claim was closed ? Which had left me profoundly confused. I received a pre admitted liability from the insurance company which when the first response team heard they had literally lit up given the circumstances when I was offered a no win no fee I was happy. Until I heard 25 %. This was a clear attempt to make more money for themselves. Once I had called out their behaviour the offer had then dropped to 15 %. I believe this was still a tactic that was to make me feel coerced into accepting when in actual fact the region of 10 % is definitely more appropriate as it’s now a case of quantifying my loss and damages and injuries. Once I had asked for an escalation of the matter I unfortunately was met with hostile responses- for this reason I hope to shine a light on the behaviour of JF Law on my incident.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, my case was handled with negligence and a complete lack of professionalism.
Throughout the process, I had around six or seven different solicitors assigned to me. Each one left, and every time I was left without any representation for months at a time. During those periods, I had to chase the office repeatedly—sometimes five or six calls—just to confirm whether anyone was even dealing with my claim.
To make matters worse, the claim for loss of earnings was never my idea. It was pushed by the company, with promises that it would increase the compensation. In reality, their mismanagement has only dragged the case out unnecessarily. If my claim had been dealt with properly when the defendants first agreed, this could have been resolved years ago.
Instead, I am left with wasted time, unnecessary stress, and a case that should have been concluded long ago. This company’s actions have been careless, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
I will make sure to warn as many people as possible about my experience so they don’t have to go through the same. They should not be trusted with anyone’s case.

These guys are amazing
These guys are amazing. They were recommended by a work friend of mine. I started my claim back in 2022 and closed in 2025. They have worked very hard and I was always informed/updated on what’s going on and taken step by step. Might have taken longer but thanks to an amazing woman called Gemma shields it got done. After being involved in a traffic…
After being involved in a traffic incident where I was hit by a BMW driver who turned into the opposing lane of traffic and into me after I had turned into a junction, I contacted JFL law to open a claim. My experience has been positive, with the defendant eventually settling for 50/50 liability and a payout after initially disputing liability and placing me at fault for the accident. This was thanks to the help of my lawyer Christopher Woodburn. I feel that the result is fair and reflects the situation and the likely result had the case gone to trial. Based on my experience, if needed in the future I would not hesitate in contacting JF Law and Chris again for help in dealing with my case.
