I like how friendly and helpful they were. I didn't like that I had to initiate MOST OF the contacts. I say MOST as I was contacted but it would be several months. If I was contacted and didn't complete the request they made of me, it wasn't chased up by them so I felt alone and in the dark alot of the time. Tracey was very nice however, when I did speak to her. Thankyou

A waste of my time and effort. Contacted jflaw to deal with my racist attack. Everything started fine, then I had to chase up my case. Found out there member of staff left without handing my case over to another solicitor. 4 years wasted. Poor solicitors
