If this review were based only on senior technician Jamie Hewett, I would give five stars without hesitation. Jamie was excellent: meticulous, polite, professional, and clearly committed to doing the job properly. After several failed visits, he was the person who finally resolved the issue, and only after his work did I completely get rid of the mice.

Unfortunately, my overall experience with JG Pest Control was very disappointing. There had been five visits before Jamie attended, and those visits felt superficial. I also received inconsistent advice from different technicians, which made the process frustrating and confusing. Even worse, another senior technician dismissed the issue altogether and effectively implied that I was imagining it, despite the activity continuing.

I cannot recommend Jamie highly enough. He clearly takes pride in his work, and his professionalism really stood out. I only wish my experience with the company as a whole had matched the standard he delivered.

There have been one or two mix-ups (on the company’s side) about agreed time slots which have meant I’ve had to wait an extra day for some work to be done. Then yesterday (Thursday) my time slot was 2.00pm to 6.00pm and the technician didn’t get here until 5.45 which made for an an anxious wait but I do understand he’d had a busy day, and no complaints about him - he was very professional and explained clearly I had to be out of my property for several hours after he had done the chemical operation.

Christopher was very professional and helpful. Also very knowledgeable, so he was able to reassure us and allay our concerns about the squirrels in our attic. We can definitely recommend JG Pest Control.

Jay and his brother were very professional and knowledgable. I have had some issues with the sales team over promising to begin with, but this has been resolved.

Ashley was a very polite, respectful employee, who took time to discuss and explain. Problem completely sorted, highly recommend.

Always have a good look around the property and give good advice. Pest problem is better and on the way to being solved within a short space of time.

Was able to make an appointment for the next day, was kept informed about the arrival time of the operative, operative arrived on time and was polite and explained everything he was doing and why.

Great service from the guys at JG Pest Control. Was kept updated on appt times, clear instructions on what to do (we had a bumble bee problem!) and service with a smile.

Elliott not only has done an impressive job yesterday but also explained well and managed to ease my worries.
I am thankful for his professionalism and being friendly.

i was quite happy with the technician who came to do the job.
The job was booked for 11;00 - 14:00,
at 16:00 i phoned your company & asked if anyone was coming.
i was answered by a man who was quite abusive & couldn't be bothered to find out any helpful information. He eventually put me through to a lady
who was very polite & who went to the trouble to find out where the technician was & when he would be with us.
The man who answered the phone is the reason for the poor rating. he is not an asset to your company.

Everything was explained from start to finish
We can now let our dogs back out in the big part of the garden and dont have to worry about them being stung .

We had a lot of mice before Luke visited us. After 3 visits the mice are all gone, thank you. Luke was friendly and helpful. I'll use JG pest control again if we ever have any more problems.

They came next day of ringing and were very professional in their job and maid us feel reassured they would sort the problem.

An absolute nightmare booking follow up visits, put through to wrong numbers, cut off and nobody bothers to call you back, then a response saying we only communicate via e mail 😡

One follow up visit for morning ended up last thing in the afternoon

Second follow up visit for 11-2pm cancelled at 2pm

No further visits available for 1-2 weeks

The actual operative, when he turned up was very good.
