The young man who did the work was very pleasant, helpful and polite, and answered all my questions. Everything became much clearer on site, and I got a much better picture of the work to be done, and questionable items in cupboards (such as what to do with clean, uncovered bedding) than I did on the telephone. Also why I had to leave the premises for 4-5 hours. He phoned me when he was ready to leave and again explained everything clearly.

Jamie is very polite and friendly, arrived promptly. Before the job, he asked about the situation and got prepared. He treated the job professionally, sprayed the whole flat despite the sprays apparently rather sharp for the eyes. We had pleasant chat on way out. Highly recommended!
