I bought an emerald eternity tennis bracelet for my wife on our Golden Wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it was an inch too short to fit.
I returned it to Jian requesting a longer bracelet. I rang Jian and they were extremely accommodating and on receipt of my return, they sent out the longer bracelet.
This was received the next day.
My wife is delighted and loves her bracelet.

Got a vermeil bracelet off the website which turned up on time and beautiful. After one wear the gold started to come off. After a few wears the clasp is not even silver, you can see the brass underneath. The links are also starting to rust. For a company that claims to make premier jewellery, I am externally disappointed and have never had this before when ordering vermeil coated jewellery. After contacting them, they are refusing to give me a refund even after offering to return the faulty item. Do not use.

Ordered a beautiful ring which I wanted to remind me of my mum. The lovely thing is you get a free silver one to make sure it’s the correct size. When they sent my gold one it was too small. I sent it back and have received another one which is also too small. I’m very disappointed and will not be using them again. I will now take it to a proper jewellers to get it put to the correct size

Ordered a less expensive peridot necklace as was a bit wary of buying online and didn't want to take too much of a chance.
My order was delivered less than 24 hours later, and I'm delighted with the quality for the price. Perfectly matched the image on the website.

Ordered an emerald heart white gold ring. They sent out a silver copy but unfortunately wrong size. I returned no trouble and a replacement smaller ring returned to try. Rang to say prefect fit and they said they’d order the gold ring to be made. Kept up to date throughout with progress from being made to leaving factory for assay. The ring arrived today and it’s stunning. Great communication excellent service and the end products are beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

We were delighted with the gold/emerald ring. The silver version showed that we needed to change the size which Jian agreed to. They also changed the silver one but note that they require the security tag to still be in place. We were kept informed throughout and questions were answered promptly. Note that if the article is not in stock it will be made and in our case this took a little over 6 weeks.

Amazing customer service and support. I selected a chain which was too long and needed a replacement quickly. I kept the pendant but was told if I sent a picture of the proof of postage, then the shorter chain would be sent immediately. True to their word it happened and I received the shorter chain 2 days after posting the return. Beautiful product too…my daughter loved wear it for her prom.
