Malpractice by jio engineer

It was pathetic to know that the person who came for repair in Tower 2,Of Shivkala Appartments sector 51 Noida disconnected our wifi although payments are made and we suffered loss . Today when another engineer came to solve our complaint he fixed It . Kindly punish the person for his act of disconnecting wires so that we don't face any problem.I hope this will not be in future.

JIO ROTTEN SERVICE

AVOID. DO NOT USE JIO.

1. Bad connectivity on 5G cell service,Pune.
2. Does not deliver billed bandwidth
3. Five+ years postpaid customer (2 lines) cannot easily switch to Family Plan
4. Online agents intentionally provide wrong Jio numbers to contact for further action and request 5 (outstanding) action.
5. Switch to other carriers.

Be careful before you buy Jio fiber

Be careful before you buy Jio fiber, if any problem occurs then their service engineers appointment is so hard to take, they always reschedule their appointment every 3 hours and pass the day. Next day they will give appointment of next day not on same day . So if you are taking Jio fiber for commercial use please keep other network provider for support.

I am extremely frustrated and angry…

I am extremely frustrated and angry about the way this has been handled by Reliance Jio. I enquired about Jio AirFiber WiFi + OTT service, and Mr. Dheena continuously followed up with me for two days, explaining the plan and pushing for completion. Based on his assurances, I completed verification and made the full payment. He clearly committed that installation would be completed today at 3:00 PM after payment.

However, after payment was made, he stopped responding to my calls and provided absolutely no update. This behavior is unacceptable and highly irresponsible. If this is how your sales team behaves before installation, I seriously question how your service team will respond after activation.

On top of that, I called customer care multiple times to raise a complaint, and the calls were disconnected without proper response. This is completely unacceptable customer handling and reflects very poorly on your organization.

Let me be very clear — I strongly condemn this kind of service and lack of accountability. They all are waste me time and patients idiots!!

Non-existent customer support

The so called customer care number 199 is completely useless. Convoluted and complicated options that are cleverly designed so that you can NEVER speak to a real person.

Their automated chat robot is also completely useless that would never connect to a real person. Doesn't matter whatever you type!

I gave up on both 199 and chat channels after 20 mins.

I don't know why Jio is not bothered to improve the customer service even after seeing all these 1 star reviews 😕

Here is the incidence.
We bought Jio fibre connection intially on my name.
We had asked the executive not to activate it until we ask for. However, he activated it. The connection was suspended after two months, because, our interior was not ready and thats why we didnt not move and TV or internet was not in use. Once we moved in, we asked executive to come and start it. He said it is suspended and we can have this connection restored. We have to get new. So we got a new connection on my wifes account. After two months, there was no option to recharge on myjio. It was showing suspended. Then we asked customer care for the link of reconnection. We paid for the link which was sent to my wifes account. However, after paying using the link which was sent to my wifes account, the payent was directed for the account on my name instead of wifes name.
When contacted to customer care, they are saying, my account is cancelled and payment was received to that account. So account can not be activated and also, the payment will not be refunded. So we requested to transfer the balance to wifes account, the company is not ready for that too. Which is unfair. They should either activate my old accout, or transfer the balance to wifes account or refund. however, company is not ready for any of these.

This is totally fraud.

Incorrect Billing After Disconnection

Incorrect Billing After Disconnection – Very Poor Experience

I requested cancellation of my JioFiber connection , and the status shows **closed** with my account marked as **suspended**. However, no technician has visited for device pickup, and I have still received a bill after the confirmed disconnection.

I have not used the service after requesting cancellation, so this billing is completely unjustified. The delay in uninstallation is from Jio’s side and should not result in charges to the customer.

Kindly reverse the incorrect bill, arrange immediate pickup of the router and set-top box, and confirm that my connection is permanently disconnected with no further bills generated.

They give wrong information about the…

They give wrong information about the plan.
After KYC, they say that the plan they mentioned earlier is no longer available.
I have been talking to their representative for the last 3 days.
First, he said ₹1000 for 3 months free, and after KYC he says that this plan doesn’t exist anymore.
They are wasting the customer’s time.
