Itna madarcod slow network haina ki kabhi kabhi, jio ka sim tod taad k phek dene ka mann karta hai, initially I use to think,bit works bad only in town areas but after coming to metropolitan city, the condition of jio network is pathetic !!!

Very awful network rate . It's not suitable for my 5g network. Many times it had got discontinued or stopped for a 30 mins time period. Not so glad with it!

Worst service I m switching to Airtel the person was in the store have behaving not properly

I am not getting messages on customer care number only recording is going on no person available to solve problems

Very poor quality of service. Just voice calls ok though repeated call drops. Data quality non-existent. Their 5 G is a joke. Worse than bsnl 2 G😂

Jio has some benefits, but the service quality is very disappointing. Network coverage at my location is highly unstable—sometimes it works, sometimes it’s terrible. I recharged ₹350 for 5G mainly for the Jio Hotstar benefit, but for the last 3 days I’m stuck on 4G with no 5G at all.

I contacted customer care multiple times. Every time they promised the issue would be fixed in a few hours, but even after 24 hours since my fifth call, nothing has been resolved. Three days of my plan have been wasted.

Jio is quick to send recharge reminders days before expiry, but extremely slow when it comes to providing proper service. Very frustrating experience.

Worst 4G network – only name, no speed
Jio 4G is extremely disappointing. The network is unstable, slow, and unreliable. Internet speed drops constantly, calls get disconnected, and even basic browsing feels like 2G. What’s the point of “4G” when pages don’t load and videos keep buffering?
Network coverage is poor, especially indoors. Signal bars show full but data doesn’t work at all. Customer support is useless — only automated replies, no real solutions. Complaints are ignored and problems never get fixed.
Jio focuses on ads and promotions instead of actually improving network quality. This is a waste of money and time. I regret switching to Jio and would not recommend it to anyone who needs stable internet.

I will remember this Jio SIM network for my entire life—it is so horrible and bad. By bad, I mean extremely bad. No one should use a Jio SIM; it is that terrible.

Worst customer service . Please choose some other network carrier. Do not recommend at all

I am worried since last 2 days, it is not working at all, recharge has been made expensive, all the plans have been made expensive but the internet is not good with these, my only request to Ambani sir is to remove your Jio.

Wanted to Install Jio fiber. The technician took around 2200 Rs but said Jio cannot be installed on higher floors.. And have not yet refunded my Money. Spoke to customer care, They said will put amount in wallet. Is this an answer ? I am still waiting for refund.. JIO CHOR HAI 😡

I was recharging my main number whilr jio platform homepage interferes with gpays homepage so that they get a chance to recharge a number that ive not charged in a long time hence forcing customers not to use any other network than theirs, rediculous, i dont like them a bit.

Bad jio service true 5G network

Maybe prefer returning the towers to bsnl JIO your service is the worst of all paying 350rs a month for a network worth as shit??? Canf even play games youtube stream hardly works but when i call 199 and put it in hold all networks come net increase speed by alot that time ducking explain and ive been hearing this one ducking single line from two years at Nunber 199 " We understand that your facing internet issues and will continue for next few days we are working to resolve this at this earliest " this ducking single line frim 2yearssss now wtf kind of earliest is this? 2years and still your trying to fix the issue at your earliest? WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED i prefer bsnl 200 recharge the is cheaper better and atleast it works regret choosing jio

I get very bad experience from jio team, i was complaint about network speed before 2 years but not yet they work on it or i didn't get well network yet
Jio Recharge money increases as expected but network speed cannot be increased
