Jio does have some benefits, like providing many premium OTT subscriptions, but it is not at all what I expected.
Jio has some benefits, but the service quality is very disappointing. Network coverage at my location is highly unstable—sometimes it works, sometimes it’s terrible. I recharged ₹350 for 5G mainly for the Jio Hotstar benefit, but for the last 3 days I’m stuck on 4G with no 5G at all.
I contacted customer care multiple times. Every time they promised the issue would be fixed in a few hours, but even after 24 hours since my fifth call, nothing has been resolved. Three days of my plan have been wasted.
Jio is quick to send recharge reminders days before expiry, but extremely slow when it comes to providing proper service. Very frustrating experience.

Worst 4G network – only name, no speed
Jio 4G is extremely disappointing. The network is unstable, slow, and unreliable. Internet speed drops constantly, calls get disconnected, and even basic browsing feels like 2G. What’s the point of “4G” when pages don’t load and videos keep buffering?
Network coverage is poor, especially indoors. Signal bars show full but data doesn’t work at all. Customer support is useless — only automated replies, no real solutions. Complaints are ignored and problems never get fixed.
Jio focuses on ads and promotions instead of actually improving network quality. This is a waste of money and time. I regret switching to Jio and would not recommend it to anyone who needs stable internet.

I will remember this Jio SIM network for my entire life—it is so horrible and bad. By bad, I mean extremely bad. No one should use a Jio SIM; it is that terrible.

The next day, someone appears for verification, collects the payment, and then… the magic happens. After that, there is complete radio silence. No one answers, automated messages lead nowhere, and support becomes as invisible as the service itself.
It’s a remarkably efficient way to separate customers from their money. What’s most surprising is not the experience itself, but that it comes from one of the country’s largest and most respected organizations.
Don't buy thier services no respond saying 1 single excuse since years it dosent take two years to solve internet problem i would suggest someone to lawsuit on jio read my review for info about it
