Flawless quality
Flawless quality, and amazing support. On the very rare occasion that we experience an issue they 24/7 tech support resolves it for us immediately. Awesome!
Great company, great customer service
Overall this company is great to work with. We had some issues initially but it ended up being the set up on my router, but JIVE worked with me for days figuring out the problem. Ever since the changes were made I have not had any issues. Their customer service is great and everyone speaks great English, unknown where the phones are answered for sure but they are very easy to understand. They return calls and follow-up when requested and are very catering to their clients.

My experience with Janet was great!! Not only did she calmly explain the situation causing our 12/26 outage, she quickly resolved the We-Pay issue, and restored the Authorize.net status for our many clients. further, she suggested a review of our significant transaction volume to our account mgr, to determine if We-Pay would be a more cost effective process.
In summary, she not only solved our problem, she provided an option we have been searching for since Freshbooks dropped authorize.net on the new version - a version we want to go to. Our hold up has been the processor - and the security of the processing. We do international processing and need the Regional IP monitoring (e.g. shut down a country if not needed - such as Russia). As you well know, IP addresses are designed by region based on the 5 core control zones (or managing locations).

We moved over to Jive 4 months ago. From and admin perspective the system is intuitive and their customer service team is great. They were the most cost effective option for our business and a definite upgrade from our former provider. The mobile app is nice and since we're a google shop the chrome extension is great. This would be a 5 star review however our phones did go down once, however Jive fixed the issue quick and our phones were back up in less than an hour.
Jive Software, Sales, and Support are First Class
Jive sales and support have been among the best I have ever dealt with.
Our sales rep gave us a great demo and answered all our major questions easily. We went from finding Jive on google to a customer in about an hour. He also worked to make sure we got all the devices we needed.
The biggest problem I faced was understanding everything of how a PBX worked. Coming from a landline, having to configure everything ourselves was a change, but the documentation and support staff really made this pain free.
Their support has nailed literally every question we've ever had, usually within 5 minutes. Several times now they've managed to answer what we expected to be complex support questions really quickly.
Their new interface has been great to use. Some concepts - like the different between a phone number and a line - can be confusing if you've never dealt with a PBX before, but once you understand some basic concepts, the interface makes setup of everything really, really easily.
I don't put a lot of stock in "easy drop and drop" tool, but Jive was an exception to that. The drag and drop dial plan editor is quite amazing. We ported a number, set up a phone tree, recorded numerous messages and configured a schedule all in a morning. Once you read the docs on what each tool does, it is exceptionally easy to use.
Jive also does a great job with documentation. It's human readable I can share it with our staff directly, but in depth enough to get the in depth and more technical answers we often need.
Spy, Whisper and Barge have become a favorite tool of our sales manager, and the recording of calls to AWS is a great auditing and memory tool.
Good customer service but intermittent and persistent trouble with call forwarding
I'm very happy with the customer service. The individuals handling my case have been attentive and keep in good contact with me. However the call forwarding has been a persistent and intermittent problem over the past year. It appears to have been fixed.

How can I give them 0 stars. If there’s an option, let me know. This is clearly a web page that is not accurately showing what Jive is about. The service had nonstop outages two years ago. When I mean nonstop, it was at least once per week. Now - it’s changed to once every three months. But I am forced to stay with them and I can’t wait until I can fully cancel all of my phone lines with them. There’s absolutely no reason why a business should use Jive. It’s just bad and unreliable. Customer service is horrid.

Jive has been wonderful. I have been signed on with them for a while now and have no issues. The pricing for VOIP is much better than land lines and the additional features are fantastic. Absolutely wonderful service, love the platform and all the options that you get with the program.

My Experience with Jive Communications has been positive. We have used them for 9 or 10 years and have had very few issues. This is saying a lot considering this is a claims office and the entire business is on the phones.
