Jive is best hosted and easiest system

I have been using and selling Jive systems for two plus years. I find it the best and easiest systems to use. Jive is my go to partner for all of my customers for hosted system.
Their simple pricing that includes all the features and benefits is a big benefit in designing they system that will fit my customer's needs.

OnJive portal is great. Tech Support not so much.

Thank goodness Jive tutorials are easy to use and easy to understand. Jive tech support is not very good. When I have had issues Jive tech support representatives were hard to communicate with and did not seem very interested in a resolution to the issue I was presenting them with. In the days after I called they spammed me with follow up emails (in effort to get their ticket closed) when they did nothing to help me in the first place.

Also it took 2 or 3 attempts to schedule a training session. No call, no show on Jives part. Once we finally were able to get the session going it was a great help.

We love Jive for our business

We love Jive for our business. With over 30 employees not working in the same location it's so cool how our IP phones ring, dial and transfer between staff like they are in the next office but they are really out of state and some out of the country!

Jive Communications had simplified the …

Jive Communications had simplified the office phone system. The Jive's user friendly GUI allowed my company to migrate our branch offices in phases. It also permit us to make adjustments on the fly from the feedback received by our phone agents on improving the phone experience. Jive Communications has an excellent tech support staff; they are courteous and ready to assist and help with your call. I am glad that I don't have to call my old vendor to reconfigured my old phone system, I don't have to be a rocket scientist to setup my own Jive Phone System.

It has been a great experience so far, I have to really appreciate the customer service, for me is was puts jive ahead of the other similar companies, very very efficient, fast and easy

We are new to Jive and had to work out …

We are new to Jive and had to work out a few issues to get our phone system to work as we wanted, but Jive is very responsive, helpful and worked with us to get each issue resolved. They respond immediately to any issues and we are happy we made the switch and like working with Jive. customer service reps are knowledgeable, helpful and proactive.

Thumbs Up

Jive manages the phone service for the company I work out. We have run into a few phone problems but Jive is always quick to try and help when I call in. Most of our problems have been solved right away and for those that weren't solved right away Jive usually follows up the next day to check how things are going and if they can help.

We have switched two of our smaller …

Since, August 2017, we have switched two of our smaller companies over to Jive Communications - and so far the service is great, have had minor hiccups here and there with some of the reporting functions - but that is to be expected with a new/growing start-up. Customer Service has been okay. Billing Department has been awesome! We received an invoice with the wrong pricing and they quickly resolved the issue and was extremely apologetic. So far, my only complaint is the JIVE mobile app - any updates to the app and we have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get the app to work again.
