I lost the picture on my TV and contacted J L Audio Visual. They made an appointment for me and sent Daniel a member of their staff to assist me. Daniel was very professional he told me what the problem was. I needed a new aerial and new cable. He was very helpful and kind. In no time at all my TV was up and running. I was very happy with the service provided by the staff at J L Audio visual and I would definitely recommend.

I contacted J L Audio Visual because I was interested in having Ethernet cable installed to allow me to have a hardwired connection from my ONT box to the router situated in my living room.

I spoke with Nikki, who was an absolute delight to deal with. Nikki arranged an appointment for Jack to visit and provide a quotation for the work.

Upon arrival, Jack was extremely polite, and was happy to answer all questions I had. I had not initially considered the idea of having the Ethernet routed externally, and I'm happy Jack outlined the benefits of doing so. On the whole, Jack was excellent, and I felt confident in the company and their honesty and work ethic.

On the day of installation, Lewis, a very friendly and polite guy, arrived and introduced himself. I asked several questions of him prior to the installation, which he happily answered. Lewis was clearly very experienced, taking time to explain exactly what my options were and their benefits.

The installation process was carried out with no issues, and I could not be more happier with the final result. Lewis also cleaned up any mess created, and you would not have known he had visited.

Overall, I thoroughly recommend J L Audio Visual because they are a team who provide an exceptional level of service and quality.

The whole experience was great - the team were quick to follow up with quote and admin and Dan the electrician was positive, solution orientated and really hard working. A great experience all round.

I had Daniel come from the company and install a new TV aerial on Friday. He was quick, courteous and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Although he came later than arranged due to another job emergency he kept contact regularly to ensure I would be in.

There's not many places I can review where 5 stars isn't enough! Jack, Dan & Lewis visited my house to clean up the mess left behind by some other chap who tried and failed miserably in installing hard wired internet throughout my house. Upon arrival thorough inspection revealed where the problems lie..and immediate action plan was made to correct it all! The team came over and rewired and installed all the correct access points upstairs and downstairs.
After checking everything works I pushed my luck to see if they could get my sound system working throughout the integrated speakers throughout the house which haven't been working for years..after 5 mins..Jack reconnected everything and our sound system now works perfectly! A top top job! I will not be going to any company except these guys for everything audio & visual related! Superb!

Contacted Jack regarding CCTV as ours was out of date. Dan and Lewis arrived promptly at 8 am . Installed new cameras and showed me how to view on my phone. Dan and Lewis were professional clean and tidy. Everything working great now 👍🏻Thank you

All very straightforward. Quick response, problem duly appraised and price options explained. Cost seemed reasonable so I agreed to go ahead and the engineer then dealt with it on the same visit. A successful fix and no subsequent problems. Very happy with the service given.

Cannot fault Jack and his fab team. From start to finish they have all gone above and beyond and been professional from the moment a quote was given to the job being done, sorting out any issues in between without a moments hesitation. Wifi has been hardwired throughout, what a difference! Would not hesitate to use again or recommend. Everyone on the team is friendly and goes that extra mile.

Having been let down at the last minute on a time-sensitive commercial AV installation for one of my own clients, I happened upon Jack at JL Audio Visual using a google search.

Jack and his team did everything (including moving other work) to accommodate what was a large job at very short notice, ,not only carrying out the install but procuring all the equipment required, both hardware and software.

Within a week of introduction to JL, Jack had personally attended to carry out the work, together with a team of guys who were clearly used to working together, as well as being happy, thorough, fast and knowledgeable in their fields.

They were thrown curve balls but dealt with these without complaint or additional charges.

My client was delighted, I was delighted, and as long as Jack and his team are available, he will be my first choice from now on. Thank you all. 👍

This company was recommended to me by my local audiovisual shop where I buy my TV's and it was an excellent recommendation. Two guys came on time and worked out what the problem was then set about fixing it. I hired JL Audio Visual to wall mount two TVs at my apartment (Samsung 65 inch and SkyGlass 43 inch), and to wall mount my Soundbar (hiding all the wires). They did an amazing job of it all. I found everyone very professional and helpful, from informing me they were on their way to my property, to handling my TV’s, to the high end finish they left me with. I would certainly recommend JL Audio Visuals to anyone looking to use their services.

If you’re looking to modernise your living room, then look no further! We can’t begin to say how happy we are with the way ours has turned out – it looks amazing!

We did get multiple quotes from other installers, but although Jack isn’t the cheapest, he’s the very best and that’s why we went with him. Jack was super helpful and professional - He told us all the best ways of doing things and kept damage to a minimum, so our plastering costs were lower! Even when a wire was not working, he came back promptly to fix it!

The attention to detail and way things were done was amazing. Let’s just say if something wasn’t right then, Jack wasn’t happy – he’s a perfectionist! - lots of precision (even to the point where he mapped the exact circle of the ceiling speakers)! He handled all our products with care even treating our living room with respect and taking shoes off!! It’s the little things that count :D

Overall, very friendly and a fantastic job - we would 100% recommend if anyone else wants to get a cinema room fitted in!! We are now looking to do our office because we thought he was so good!
