Today I had my annual service on my combi boiler. I received a text message before to say the engineer was on his way and you can track their journey to you if you want to. Aaron, a friendly and polite person arrived on time and carried out the service leaving no mess behind. We have used JLN for several years for commercial and residential jobs, they are always a pleasure to do business with and work is fantastic.

I contacted JLN following a recommendation, when our insurance company failed to provide us with any assistance after our central heating boiler broke down. We were left without any heating for two and a half weeks in mid November.
I contacted JLN and spoke to Annette who, in light of our situation, did her best to book in the earliest date to replace the boiler.
Jack carried out the work. He was punctual, polite, friendly and hard working. He explained the process clearly to us. Jack visited again with an apprentice, Jamie, to carry out additional work on a radiator that he’d identified earlier as not functioning properly. Another engineer, Craig, also came to repair a fault in the existing heating system and was also very professional and helpful. All three engineers respected our property and cleaned up after the work.
I would have no hesitation in using JLN again.
