The engineer took time to do a good job rather than a hurried one. He answered my questions with clear advice and explanations. He had a pleasant and polite attuitude.

I had my boiler serviced which was done efficiently snd thoroughly by craig and i mentioned i had a pinhole in my bathroom radiator. Craig took photos and within 24 hours i had a quote to replace the radiator. It wasnt an urgent job but Jln booked me in quickly. Yesterday Craig fitted the new radiator so all is good. I give 5 stars all round as the teamwork between the office staff and fitters are first class. Highly recommended.

the engineer arrived within the agreed timeslot. He explained fully what he was doing and the tests / actions he was carrying out. Throughout his visit he showed he was knowledgeable , professional and friendly. He identified the problem and fixed it . Very satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with my boiler replacement. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The engineers arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work to a very high standard. They were tidy, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The new boiler is running great and has already made a big difference. Our Plumber\heating specialist 'John' was very customer focused and provide an almost step by step guide to what he was doing to resolve the issue as well as information about the system and the best way forward to prevent future issues. Both myself & my wife really appreciated his technical ability and the explanation of why he was recommending a very positive option to help for the future. We are using again and accepting his advice.

Extremely efficient service. Arranged my booking at short notice. Engineers are very friendly and polite. Notification of when the engineer is on the way is really helpful. Engineers leave the work area clean and tidy and explain what they have done.

One of the best companies I have had home repairs/maintenance done from. So many companies are unreliable and do not take care in there work, but I have never had this problem with JLN. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

James Lacey of JLN Plumbing came around my house to carry out a survey to install a heat pump. Unfortunately, there wasn't a suitable place to cite a pump on my property and rather than to put the pump in a unsightly place James was honest enough to inform me not to install the pump even though this meant him losing business. I admire James's honesty and professionism and would use him in any future plumbing work.
