This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and being 75 years old I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my lifetime.
They have failed to answer my emails, telephone calls, messages sent through Facebook messenger and messages sent through their website contact form.
They have failed to answer emails sent from my buyers solicitor and they have not answered my estate agents emails or their phone calls.
I have been forced to engage the services of another firm of solicitors because of their lack of response and because my buyer will lose his mortgage offer soon.
I have bought and sold many properties in my lifetime and I have never experienced such a bad service.
This company needs investigating by the Legal Ombudsman who I will be contacting

Unprofessional
Unprofessional. Waited 28 days for a response to an email while trying to buy a house. Tried to overcharge us by £540 and only admitted their mistake after getting Home Legal DIrect involved. Unhelpful and incompetent. Avoid avoid avoid. Horrendous experience

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!
We were using them to sell our property and buy another (simple). I would phone up regularly to see how it was going as we didn't hear anything from them. I kept getting told that they were waiting on the other solicitors to give information. It turned out that after 5 weeks they hadn't done any work towards the purchase of our new house!!
They wouldn't answer calls or emails. They are incapable of doing their jobs. As time went on our we couldn't even get to speak directly to anyone and had to leave daily messages which no-one returned despite us explaining the urgency. We've now had to go through another company and have lost so much time due to their incompetence. Absolutely disgusting, how can you run a company with no communication.

If I could give a zero I would. This firm is shambolic. How they are allowed to practice is beyond me. We are selling our house to someone who is using this firm to deal with their conveyancing and we were due to complete today but due to their complete lack of communication we have had to delay. They don’t answer our solicitors emails or calls which is totally unacceptable. We should have completed weeks ago, but they have zero urgency and don’t seem to know how to communicate or do their jobs.
If you are considering using this firm DONT!!!

DO NOT Use this firm . There is no communication unless you write a complaint . They have been dealing with a house sale since April. Now at the point of losing the sale . They don’t reply to either email or calls . Worst ever solicitors. I repeat DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS FIRM
