Received my ipanema flip flops within 2 days and I was very happy with the service from John Martin from the easy to follow online ordering system to the regular updated emails regarding despatch and delivery.

Sandels were delivered promptly, well packaged and an excellent price. I even had a surprise in the box! A pen and a trolley coin keyring. Both of excellent quality. I thought this was a lovely touch. My sandels are a perfect fit and I love them. Even if I hadn't liked them, they send you a free returns label within your package. I had to phone the company, as I had a querie about sizes, and the lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. One very happy customer :) X

I just purchased a pair if wide fit shoes 1/2 a size larger than what I had always done on the advice of the manager who spoke to me personally on the phone. I was pleased to find the sandals I wanted slightly cheaper on the John Martin website and with free delivery it made sense to order them rather than wait to go into town to shop for them. They arrived quickly too!
