I found jm shoes on line and was a little hesitant to order shoes because of the traditional difficulties of getting the size right. I am pleased to say that they resolved this issue through their excellent custome relations team.

I have ordered from John Martin Shoes on 2 occasions now and each time have been extremely pleased with the discount received and the (quick) free delivery. Free returns also means that if the shoes aren't the perfect fit then it's as easy to return them by mail as it is to return them to the shop. On top of all of that they also throw in a free gift! I love JM Shoes and will definitely order from them again in the future.

Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit but the return was handled expeditiously and satisfactorily.

The items easy to order on line, you can trace your order on line as well item delivered on stated date would recommend to friends and family. Unfortunately I had to return my order but it was quick and easy to do and within days the refund was back in my account.

Great service placed an order over the telephone on Wednesday shoes deleted on Friday . Price was fair . What more could you have asked for.

The chosen product is up to standard but I was disappointed that the color is not the one you can see on the web.
The service correct, although they have been slow to answer and I have not confirmed that the error had been rectified until I received the item. Although everything was correct.
