9 weeks I've been scammed such a shame I wish I had checked reviews first

THESE SCAMMERS MUST BE CLOSED DOWN COMPLETELY AND PROSECUTED. SAME STORY AS OTHERS , GOT REFUNDED FROM P.P. AFTER MANY E.MAILS AND NO SHOW . NEVER EVEN HAD DECENCEY TO REPLY. SHOCKING !!!

Wish I had read the reviews! Scam!!! Trying to get my money back, they emailed me asking for my address details again after about 3 weeks, that’s when I thought something not right and went to reviews. Feel so stupid because I usually do that. Stay away!!!!

Ordered a dog bed got email of confirmation then email saying dispatched with tracking reference etc. However the tracking number lead to nothing, basically well dodgy. Although I’ve emailed them heard nothing from them. Over a month now no communication from them - Avoid as not reputable business as no response and no item arrived

This is definitely one to avoid! Unlike many of my fellow reviewers, I did eventually receive a dog bed. But it was absolutely rubbish quality, no supportive sides, no non-slip studs on the bottom. It was a flat cushion and worth no more than €6/€7 at a local Chinese store. I asked for a pre-paid label to return it, but all you get are weird AI generated replies that have nothing to do with your request. All they offer are 5 or 10% discounts off future orders (as if you would ever want to order from them ever again 😖). They have multiple email and office addresses and are as slippery as a snake. In the end I have obtained a refund of my return costs off Paypal (€18.60 more than half the cost of the bed) and a promise to refund me once the tracking confirms delivery, which in their case was to an address in Bergen. I wait to see if that turns out to be fake, but either way Paypal have thankfully ruled in my favour. TIP: with Paypal you need to speak to an agent to get your return postage costs back or their AI will only award the refund of the actual product and as I say it was €18.60 from Portugal to Bergen in the Netherlands. Just don't touch them with a 30' bargepole. Use Temu or Wish whose AI customer services make this company look like theirs was written by a 3 year old! Hopefully they will cease to exist very soon once word gets around they are so atrocious.

If there were no stars then I would opt for that
This company do not deliver on time they refuse requests for refunds by ignoring you and suggesting that after 2 months the situation is being investigated
Someone needs to legally step in here
They are withholding customers money not delivering within a reasonable time frame and ignoring requests of refund
A customer has rights
I have had no delivery of said dog bed I have had no refund and I’m reporting this company for false representation
They aren’t uk based as suggested and they do not adhere to consumer guidelines or law

Sadly I read the reviews after ordering! Total scam. I had an email to advise me of the delivery date. When the date arrived it was updated with "apologies for the delay" and was given another delivery date. Date came and still no dog bed. Email went unanswered and when I called the number in the Netherlands! not UK a message said it is unable to contact them through the phone. Thankfully I am getting a refund through PayPal but please believe these reviews!

Take note of the reviews below they match my experience. Firstly they are not uk based as they claim. You will get a fairly swift item dispatched notice but the item won’t arrive for weeks. Any contact with them will be ignored or they will refuse a refund. The item a bed I received was nothing like what I ordered and was very very poor quality and v flimsy under no circumstances could it be called a bed it was just a piece of fluffy cheap material that would only lay flat on the floor like a cheap blanket. I am v annoyed and will probably report to trading standards for false representation of items

I’m contacting my bank to open a fraud case against them BECAUSE THEY ARE DELIBERATELY MISLEADING THE PUBLIC AND THEY CLAIM TO HAVE NUMEROUS DIFFERENT WEBSITES BUT NONE OF THEM MATCH THE ACTUAL JOA DOG THEY TRADE UNDER WHY ? BECAUSE THEY ARE IN F——— CHINA WELL THEY WONT BE THERE WILL BE SOME LITTLE GEEKY , CREEP SITTING UPSTAIRS PROBABLY IN THERE MUMS BEDROOM SCAMMING US ALL ,SO LOOK OUT PEOPLE AND STAY AWAY , STEER CLEAR PEOPLE OH AND THE EXACT SAME POOL IS ON AMIZON £20 CHEAPER BUT CHECK IT OUT AS IT COULD BE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

This company promises delivery within 10 days and it never arrived I emailed them politely to see what had happened they assured me it was on it’s way and to be patient which I was, this was already several weeks in by this point, in the meantime the tracking number has disappeared and rerouted again and they made up more excuses and then after two months and continued efforts to receive a refund they offered me a 10% off coupon
I said why would I want to order anything from them after this horrendous service after asking for a refund they are now ignoring me please avoid this company as they are are a bunch of crooks I’m going to try and get my money back on my card Please do not buy anything you as won’t receive it and you will be out of pocket so fuming with these scammers !! Just wish I’d seen these reviews but if this stops others being scammed then that would be best outcome

Sadly if it sounds too good to be true, in this case it definitely is. The delivery time is nothing short of a scam, it's nearly 2 months since I placed my order, promising 5-10 day delivery. After many emails exchanged, all offering their humblest apologies, still nothing had arrived.
When you try to cancel and seek a refund they claim this is not possible as your order has been shipped. Worth noting that this "shipped" status appears within a short while of getting a confirmation of order email!
This is not a UK based company and offers no customer support whatsoever!
AVOID OR YOU TOO WILL BE OUT OF POCKET! You have been warned!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a bed for my dog over a month ago. just had another email from this obvious unreliable company saying they are not able to do anything over the non delivery of my order. I see the accusation of "scammers" has been used.

Ordered dog bed 9 weeks ago, customer services refuse to refund as it has allegedly been shipped but cannot provide tracking number evidence. Repeated emails say please be patient, we will update you as soon as our carrier has confirmed shipping details etc etc. no response to my complaint email, no shipping updates -DO NOT use - product is in China and I don’t expect to ever see it!

The bed is not the brand they advertise! I received a cheap knock off from china! I complained asking to return for a refund which they continued to ignore and offered me a 5% discount on next item I buy! I won’t be purchasing from then again!! Do not buy from this site! What u receive is not what you get in the picture!

Over 30 days since ordered with repeat emails to/from company thanking me for my patience and order is shipped so won’t refund. I’d bought this item thinking it was uk based as it clearly states uk on their advert, then claims to be based in Netherlands but is in fact being shipped from China! They are scammers and I will be claiming a chargeback through my bank. I wish I’d checked trust pilot reviews before purchasing from them! Do not buy from this company

Ordered on 22nd July. Advised 5 to 10 day delivery. When I looked at the tracking log this morning my item had done full circle to the first inbound sorting facility in China. Emailing this company was a waste of time. I had to contact PayPal for a refund. What a waste of time and energy :/ At best massively disorganised, at worst disingenuous.

Ordered a bed on the 7/6 for a pup I was getting at the end of June and I am still waiting!!!!! There is over 20 emails back and forth from Joa advising my order is on the way and I can’t have a refund as it has already shipped - where is it then?????
I will never order from this company again and would advise anyone thinking of doing so to not bother.

Ordered this on behalf of my elderly mother.The tracking number doesn't work, I emailed and got no response, I rang on her behalf ( From Australia) and the lady who I spoke to was quite rude and said someone would email me, again no response, emailed again and I'm not expecting a response to that either. I've requested a refund and if not shall be referring the case to PayPal.Wish i'd read the reviews before ordering but as with others I was seemingly duped by the Uk title in their name.

My packaged finally arrived after two months. I wrote JOA some emails and in the end it arrived. I ordered the biggest size and it doesn't look like the bed on the pictures it way more flat and the quality is so and so (it arrives from china) definitely don't recommend buying from this webiste.

Do NOT purchase from this SCAM/FRAUD company - they took my money and never sent goods, 2 months later still going back and forth with lies that the package is on its way whilst giving no tracking number to then changing the story and saying they are having problems with "technical issues" all lies so as to stall for time and have refused to give me a refund - thankfully barclaycard has dealt with this now and opened a case against them and they have reimbursed my money... never again - always check before buying anything online that is not through a reputable retailer.
