Next day delivery I don't think so. Shipped 2 weeks after payment taken and still no sign. Not in uk despatched from China. Goodness knows what the quality will be like if they ever arrive. I wish I had read reviews. New Years resolution check before you commit your money.

Please don't buy from this company. It is not possible they can deliver in one day.

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, I didn't receive a message about the average delivery time of 7 to 15 days.
I would be grateful if you would forward this message to me.

Just so you are aware your website in the UK states the following:

order before 11pm : shipped today

I have highlighted in yellow the relevant section.

I ordered the dog bed on the understanding it would be shipped the same day and if not definitely the next day, as I ordered it before 11pm.

Your website is extremely misleading.

If I had been aware there would be a 7-15 day wait, I would not have ordered the bed at all.

I was expecting the bed to arrive many days before Christmas Day 25th December 2022.

Please can you advise me further?

Ordered beginning December. Website says UK despatched in a day. 28th December I got email to say it's been dispatched from CHINA. I guess another 3 weeks wait then. Very misleading website. Had I known it was going to be from China I would not have ordered and expecting rubbish quality now at 45 pounds as its from China. Unable to cancel they said.

Brought a dog bed, it’s been 10 days now since ordering. I asked company and they said I must of missed shipping confirmation email as I’ve heard nothing.(I haven’t missed it) I complained about the delivery time and the awful reviews, the day after got an email saying shipped !!!
Sounds very similar to other peoples experiences on here.
I can’t do anything now it says shipped and will probably be another 2 weeks !
Fingers crossed the bed is in good condition cause my hopes are pretty low !

I would strongly advise not to buy from this company as products are poorly made. I bought a dog bed that initially took ages to come. When it came the stuffing which were tiny balls was coming out of the bag. The whole middle of the bed became flat as the padding all came out. Ella the customer services said a flat middle was normal and would not swap or refund the bed. The middle part of the bed is now just fabric without any padding.

I read the reviews after I had ordered and thought I had been scammed but today my goods arrived in good condition. They ARE NOT UK based and ship from China so next day delivery it isn't. It took 10 days but I was able to track it all the way. I ordered 2 fluffy round beds. The colour is correct and the quality is good. Not overstuffed but neither are the ones I've bought locally for twice the price. They do fluff up better once settled for 24 hours as I've found with others. My dogs love them so that's all that matters.

I have to be honest.
I ordered my dogs bed, then I read reviews and was cross with myself for not doing so first.
However. Pleasantly surprised;
The bed arrived approx 2 weeks after ordering; and my dog loves it. It’s fluffy and soft, and she chooses it over her other bed or the sofa. It isn’t the thickest cushion but she loves it, and for the price, I’m happy :)

Scam company! Dog bed not fit for purpose and won't reply to emails

I ordered a dog bed which is not fit for purpose. The company states they are in Amsterdam. The return address is China so for a £30 dog bed it will cost me £25 to return. They do not answer emails. Absolutely disgusted.

I must admit that I had my concerns after reading all these comments.
Fortunately I can say that I ordered the XXl bed for my German shepherd (14/11/22) and it arrived 9 days later (23/11).
The size and color matched perfectly with what I had ordered and my dog sleeps there every night.
Thumbs up for them!

Do not buy from this company! I wished I checked the review. It is not UK company and all the reviews said are truth. I ordered a bed and tried to cancel the same day. But the customer service never come back until 4 days later and told me it is too late, the order system is different balabalabala. It cost more than £10 to return the good to China. I thought I bought good from UK not China?

Same as all other reviews..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I got in touch with my bank & they've refunded me.

Ordered a dogs bed, when received it was poor quality, lumpy and not correctly sized. I would not recommend ordering products from this website and wish I had read the previous reviews first!

Not even worth a 1 star the item sent was wrong size I ordered Large ..wouldn't of fitted the smallest dog breed ..this company is a disgrace and does nothing but rip cusromers off .... poor communications etc

Do not buy from them! They first state that the product will be shipped instantly, money back guarantee but none of that applies. 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Have requested to cancel the order and requested a refund, this all gets ignored, despite having cancelled the order after 4 days, so well within their 14 days they state on their website.
Total scam. Phone number is in Holland despite calling themselves Joa dogs UK!!! Need to be reported to trading standards and police!!!

I also wish I had read this site before placing order, 6/11/22 said would receive goods next day, but have had emails saying being dispatched from supplier in China, today it is at airport, reading wrong size not what ordered reviews on here, going to phone the bank tomorrow to see what they can do, not paying £10 to return & have to give bank details no way, I did not purchase from China, I thought this was a uk company

Dishonest company. Placed an order as it stated in stock and despatxh sane day. Got automatic email stating it’s being shipped by supplier and who knows when delivery will be. Sent an email immediately to cancel. Chased 3 times and received a response de stating snail sent to spam and I can’t cancel.
Working illegally and dishonestly so don’t use this company ever. Trying to get refubd now through PayPal.
