I joined JobSurfers back at the beginning of the year. Back then, I had a stable job, but I was looking for better opportunities both professionally and financially. Right before I joined the program, I was hired by a startup, so I gave Jobsurfers a pause for a couple of months.

I waited for 3 months and got back to the Jub Surfers program. I began applying with to jobs almost every day under the guidelines the Jobsurfs teams provided me, as well as using the improved CV they had made for me.

I was able to progress in a couple of job offer processes, and in one, I was able to get to the final interview with the hiring manager.

In the middle of all of this, I was fired from the startup I was working for, just a day before I had my interview with the hiring manager.

Once I went over the interview, the manager loved my CV and how I was able to answer the questions, and he decided to hire me right away.

It was a rollercoaster of emotions, getting fired, not knowing when you will get a job, and getting a job within a day, where I was going to have an even better paycheck and more benefits. The key factor that led me to this success was Job Surfers.

After several months of a remote job hunting on my own, I joined Job Surfers with two goals: to feel supported throughout the process and to take advantage of Eli and Lucas’s network.
