JODY WHITE STATE FARM/FORGING SIGNATURE
I received a large postcard/advertisement in the mail for this State Farm Agency. I was conned in to insurance with them and for the first year they have great rates, then on comes the increases. Also, I was paying for insurance for a family member who does not live with me, and they could accept my money and send me the bill directly. But when it came time to cancel, they needed to suddenly speak to this family member directly to cancel, imagine that! Well, they don't really know who they spoke to, just like the forged signature on a cancellation agreement that my name is on that I did not sign. The staff is snotty and rude unless you go with the flow, do not ask questions or need anything, and keep all of your insurance with them. I cancelled everything with them due to rising premiums, no claims, and asked them where I could save and they could not help, so I left and only kept one life insurance policy. They obviously did not want it and cancelled it themselves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE AT STATE FARM GO TO AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE/TYLER FRISK/COLLINSVILLE & SPEAK WITH TYLER OR THOMAS. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW UNHAPPY I AM WITH JODY WHITE STATE FARM AND THEIR OFFICES, STAFF, etc... If you look at the reviews on their website, they are all five stars! Of course, they can weed out the ones they don't want on there. That is suspicious already, no one always has 5 stars, we all make mistakes at some point.
