Airport shuttle drive gave my luggage to another passenger while we were dropping off people at the airport terminals. What a mess.

On time, fast, what's not to like?

They have made improvements, but the entrance is still messed up.

Reasonable price; convenient location; quick shuttle response.

Crazy with the construction but still my first choice

I try to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency. I asked for an e- mail to the supervisor, I e-mailed explaining the reason I had to cancel. Asked for refund with no response to date. Unhappy with the whole experience.

Yeah, pretty bad.
Vans are few and in bad shape.
Stupid reservation only system.
Poor attitude of a couple of the valets.
Seen van drivers face timing while driving.
End to self park= stupidity.

on the good side. you have a good location so I can walk rather than waiting for the for your vans.

Very good experience. Did not have to wait long for the shuttle. Car was available upon arrival to parking lot.

I use this parking lot often and it’s been fine, the van doesn’t come around as often as other lots at the airport but they get you to the airport fast and everyone working there is pleasant.

But, saying that... during the holidays 2017 it was madness. there was no place to park even with a reservation. Thankfully another customer circling too called the desk and was given directions to other spaces, but there should have been people directing cars to open spaces. It was needlessly stressful.

All around good service and timing of vans

I paid in advance valet service and this is what it included. I was unable to park my f250 truck there so they sent me to Wally park. Then I was unable to get out of the joes parking lot with release receipt they gave me and a shuttle driver had to let me out. Then with all the difficulties I was having he decided to show me where to park at Wally park and then gave us a ride to our terminal. Upon our return we had to call in first joes parking and then Wally park also to get a ride back to our vehicle. First Joes parking kept declining to give us a ride and said we had to use Wally park shuttle. When after a hour of waiting the Wally park shuttle the driver kept refusing to give us a ride to where his shuttle had clearly had the location of destination of where we needed to go. After we got to the lot he purposely parked on the opposite side of the lot and with no help unloading our luggage dropped us off to walk. After dropping us off he proceeded to drive and stop right next to our vehicle. Once we got to our vehicle we found that we were blocked in by a Joe’s parking shuttle. We went to office of Wally park and were told they don’t know where the keys were for the shuttle blocking us. After 3 hours of trying to get to our car and leaving we were charged for an extra day. Remember this was their valet service we paid for in advance.

Joe's Airport Parking was fantastic. The only problem we had was remembering where to pick up the return bus. (On us!) Other than that they were courteous, efficient and we would use them again!

This was my first time using this parking t was good service, essowsy to get to the airport. I would use it again and also tell others.

Everything was great! Service with most everyone was wonderful except one. The Casier was rude to me right off the batt. She had an opportunity to fix that behavior and chose not to. I will NEVER USE Joe’s Parkinf Ever again and go out of my way to recommend against it. Thanks.

Easy in and out of airport. Shuttle very quick.

Horrible place. Three times and went here with my suburban I also have a new battery and every time they drain the battery. They act like they don’t know why but they must sit and hang out in peoples cars. It was another guy also had the same issue. My car was it three weeks in front of my house alone , And starts up no problem. The management is a cancer there as well absolutely no help !!

Joe's continues to improve service. Timely pickup and retrieved auto quickly.
