Really helpful company to use. My enquiry was spread over a long period sue to my time constraints. however, they replied promptly every time I got in touch and went above and beyond to help me through this Biodiversity issue.

I had a fantastic experience working with this company on my Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) requirements. I was really pleased to find that this is a family-run business. It made the whole experience feel much more personal, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Shelly was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. She was incredibly responsive, always happy to answer questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We spoke on the phone several times, and her guidance helped me understand the BNG process much better and complete the report with confidence.

I came across the company through a recommendation on the Planning Portal, and I'm very pleased that I did. They saved me a significant amount of money compared to hiring an external consultant, whilst still providing excellent support and expertise.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing assistance with BNG reports or planning applications. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

Hard to use, slow, no easy delete button, cluttered screen , poor instructions , very hard to amend
payment requirement deceptive - not told you have a choice not to pay , felt tricked . Poor detail, do all the work yourself , basic report, poor graphics
