Wow! Oliver provided the service one dreams of but, sadly, doesn't really expect. He has the in-depth knowledge that results in clear and accurate information and guidance and simplifies what can seem to be a mystifying array of regs. Wouldn't life be great if all professionals provided a service like this.

What a breath of fresh air Oliver and the team at Joe's Blooms are!

I was badly let down by another BNG provider that was happy to promise me a report in 4 weeks but as soon as they had my money this and many subsequent promises fell to the wayside. Eight weeks later and I still don't have what I need.

I stumbled upon Joe's Blooms' excellent BNG tool and after an initial phone call I had the report and all the documentation I needed to submit my planning application within a day.

11/10.

After weeks of frustration trying to prepare the BNG report myself it was rejected by the planning department! One call with Oliver from joesblooms it was problem solved! I highly recommend this company as it was so simple. Many thanks Oliver

Excellent service Joe's bloom and in particular Oliver help me though the biodiversity net gain BNG process which was a minefield I know for sure without the help from Oliver with the premier service I would not have been able to get this far

Fantastic service.

Used the Joe Blooms BNG ecology tool for the first time recently and managed to provide the required information to allow the planning application to be considered by the LA, which was great to start off with.
When the LA came back with queries I was initially unable to work out quite how to alter and update the report, but i was shown how to do this via a zoom call and then quickly managed to do exactly what needed to be done. New metrics and reports immedialty came for resubmission so very pleased that i chose the Joe Bloom's route to working out what needed to be done.
Highly recommended.

As a first time user, this was an great tool to aid with the new feature of the planning application. Questions easily guide you through what information is required, with helpful guides at each step along the way, to provide the reports that are needed to comply with the planning process.

Oliver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and more than happy to guide me through the areas I was unsure of in order to be compliant.

I highly recommend using Joe's Blooms and will definitely be using them for future projects. The site provides a wealth of information. It made the process so quick and easy.

BNG can be a real headache for smaller developers and their teams - this tool can hopefully be the antidote! Easy enough to use and when I needed some help, I was on a Zoom call with Oliver inside 10 minutes and had the problem solved 2 minutes later. Highly recommended.

Helpful BNG Tool!

This is a very straightforward tool for BNG requirements, including links to further explanations. Provides a clear metric, maps and Biodiversity Gain Plan for submission.

Oliver was very helpful throughout the process answering any questions I had. Will definitely be using Joe's Blooms again.

A very easily navigable and non- ecologist friendly program to use. I particularly like that it will flag up very early on whether or not an ecologist involvement is mandatory or not, which saves loads of time and money.
Oliver has been extremely helpful and attentive, filling in gaps in my knowledge and giving a practical and insightful guide to the process.

The April 2nd change to a statutory BNG Metric etc with all Full Planning applications has disabled an already fragile planning process for the small developer. Thankfully, Oliver and his team have devised a simple easy to navigate system to establish the planning requirement all things BNG at a reasonable cost which delivers immediately.

The biometric matrix now required for planning is new to us and it would also seem to be new to the planners. Oliver's assistance in using, updating the matrix and giving us the information to close off the planners queries has proved invaluable.
