Item has not arrived in a fortnight. Tracking info has not updated in that time. Blamed strikes in the UK.
Luckily paid with PayPal and requesting refund as item appears missing/ lost

Ordered and paid 2 weeks ago.
Not heard a word,
Sent several emails and phone calls but nothing.
DONT buy anything from these people

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I placed an order 3 weeks ago & still have not received it. I have emailed them 3 times & contacted their London Depot & spoke with one of their customer service team. They are blaming their Courier service & will refund me until an investigation is carried out. A week later & I still haven't got an update or a refund.

Beware that as the trainers come from Germany they do not deliver to your home address. They delivered to the Parcel Force HQ which was 50 miles away from where I live… I would not have ordered had I known this

Ordered a pair of ASICS shoes on 30th Oct, still not delivered.sent emails to see why they are delayed… NO reply… tried ringing.. NO answer

Bunch of scamsters, they never delivered my order. I tried calling the UK customer care number I got a voice blast saying unfortunately I called them out of office hours and they work 9 to 11 AM and 1pm to 4 pm. I called exactly in their working hours. The lady who spoke to me from their team was very rude and she is from germany. Bunch of scamsters

Ordered some Mizuno running shoes; arrived a few days later with no problems. I saw the negative feedback here and gambled on it, but all good for me. Maybe I got lucky, or the others got unlucky. In fairness, I know exactly what shoe and size I need, so I knew that returns wouldn't be required which put my mind at ease.

I returned a pair of shoes to running point 3 weeks ago. The parcel has been delivered to their depot but have had no email confirming this or even any estimate of return of payment. I’ve Emailed multiple times but has no response back with regards to this. I will certainly not be using running point again.

Ordered trainers Friday, they arrived following Thursday - clear communications throughout, very happy and would definitely use again! 🙂

I am aware of some scepticism about this company but my experience was excellent. Ordered the shoes on a Saturday and arrived on a Thursday (not bad for free delivery from abroad). Received all the usual communication you would expect from an online retailer (dispatch email, tracking etc). Item was exactly what I asked for and at a great price.

Paid over £7(!!) for delivery of a pair of shoes from this company, and it took over a week to arrive. When I raised the issue with them, customer service replied with an unhelpful and dismissive email suggesting the delay was due to strikes - yet I ordered other items from other vendors during the order window, and they arrived sooner. Not good, buy your running gear elsewhere to avoid disappointment 👍

1 full month and no delivery. A complete hoax company.

Still not received order it has been 6 days and it still has not left overseas looking for a refund I managed to use a company that got trainers here in 2 days save your money

Ordered expensive running shoes because of their low price, they arrived in good time but 2.5 sizes too small even though the order and their invoice lists the correct size ordered. Returns process free and easy with tracked service from post office and confirmation that they arrived and were signed for at their UK distribution depot within 3 days. Nearly a month later I am still awaiting a refund but it is the lack of communication that has been the most frustrating; I have recieved one reply from customer services right at the beginning to say that they will not automatically send out the correct size but will refund me when they receive the returned goods. They have not replied to any emails for nearly a month and I am using more than one email address for them. Their customer services number goes straight to music which I have been listening to for 14 minutes whilst typing this after which time the music stops and call goes silent. Totally frustrated and out of pocket. Running Point you need to up your game; customer service is paramount to building a successful business - the damage these reviews are doing to your business must be a signal to put things right. I did not read any reviews before ordering from you, many people will be reading them.

I was worried because read the reviews after purchasing but my running shoes arrived promptly. They look fantastic

well...I was quite worried when i read some of the reviews, but i have to say...my ASICS trainers arrived all safe and well. Very please.

This website is not to be trusted. I ordered some shoes over a month ago, and still have not received my order. I have emailed to request a refund and have received nothing. None of the phone numbers seem to work. Even if the price looks good DO NOT order from this company.

I paid 80.80 pounds. I have waited for 2.5 weeks now. My order is still not here. I called many times no reply waste my time when contacting them. Email many time, no reply. I felt like I was closed in a room with no communication. It feels like helplessness. it is like Scammers. I have not got my shoes until now. Please don't buy if you do not want to feel like me.

Awful. Do not buy from this company on any condition.

3 weeks after ordering, still nothing delivered and despite daily attempts to get answers, no replies.

Truly disgusting service.
