Very pleased with my order. All the items present and correct, delivery was really fast and by far the cheapest prices I could find online.

Will use again

I ordered from Jogging-point and then read the reviews. I was filled with dread! I was able to track my order from GLS to parcel force and my order came in around 5 days. I am happy with my purchases and the service. I was worried I would need to return / exchange as that seems to be the root of the bad reviews. Luckily everything fitted. I spend days worrying about this order and really didn't need to. I will be shopping here again.

I have made a massive mistake falling for the prices on this website. If you need a refund or exchange you have absolutely zero chance of getting it. The customer services don't exist. On the very rare time you do get through and ask about the refund they owe you "you're refund is not my problem" or "the refund is down to you to claim from your bank" is the reply.

Absolute sham company that shouldn't be allowed to trade as a UK business when they are a German business, with all the stock and shipments coming from Germany.

Please don't make the mistake i made by falling for the prices, spend a bit extra and use a different company, The £80 odd pound they owe me I will never see, the bank have put it in dispute but even they don't think it's a real company!!!!

Was put off by the incredibly negative reviews so was slightly hesitant to purchase from this website. Was glad I did as I received my shoes much quicker than the Nike website was offering (despite them travelling from Germany to the UK) at about 25% cheaper than the Nike website too. I made an account on the Jogging Point website where it then let me know delivery status and then received a UK courier tracking service once arriving in the country. Was initially a bit worried also because of the lack of confirmation email so of course it could be a better service but I received my new shoes very quickly and very cheaply in perfect condition!

Looking at other Trustpilot reviews for other companies I trust a lot (ASOS especially where I've placed hundreds of orders and never had a single problem with have 49% 1 star reviews on here) has made me question the legitimacy of Trustpilot reviews now. Please do not be afraid of buying from this brand as I have had a brilliant experience with them.

I have used jogging-point.co.uk twice now for orders. Once back in Sept 2019 when i purchased some Nike for my youngest son and most recently when i have purchased some Asics Cumulus runners for myself and some running clothing for my wife. On both occasions the prices were cheaper than anywhere online in the UK by a not inconsiderable margin. Both times I have placed my order I have had email confirmation directly and then confirmation of shipment the following day, I ordered in the evening. The site is German and is part of tennis point. Goods arrived via parcelforce once arrived in the UK. Delivery took 5 days during the global pandemic. I haven't had to contact them for customer service or returns so cannot comment there but I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again based on my two experiences to date.

If it wasnt for the lovely Parcelforce man actually goggling my address i wouldn't of ever recieved my parcel.

This company only prints the postage label with your door number and postcode NO ROAD NAME. So how are we meant to recieve our parcels. If i had got another driver i wouldnt had my trainers as deliver driver stated if theres not a proper address the parcels get dumped to one side as undeliverable.

Order was cheap, arrived quick and correct, but couldn't return. Return page didn't work, no answer to phone or email. So contacted tennis-point, who did give a return link, but had lost faith and decided to sell instead.

I wanted to order a Nike running jacket and this site was offering the lowest price with an additional discount off of all Nike products for 24 hours. Too good to be true? It really was. After a week I received no email confirmation or correspondence so emailed them asking where my order was, after 3 days I was told to use the ‘track my parcel’ to check for myself. This told me that there was no data for my parcel. I went back to the customer service agent via email who told me that my item was being sent back to their depo. That was it! No explanation or apologies, they wouldn’t send it back to my address either so I would have to have bought it again at the then, coincidentally full price.
I would never use them again!

My review is purely based on Jogging-Point and my experience with them was top notch.

The trainers were very reasonably priced and they arrived from Germany within 5 working days. They came in brand new and great condition and looked perfect. I probably saved 25% buying through them.

The only issues I faced was with the courier Parcelforce, who were useless. I don't think I can blame Jogging Point for that, as there is a limit on effective international couriers. I request Parcelforce leave it with the Post Office and they confirmed they received the instruction, but instead left it at a depot miles and miles away.

I bought 4 pairs of mizuno shoes at them.very good quality and fast delivery,between 3 and 5 days.I can't believe that there are people write such bad things about joggingpoint.

I read these reviews before purchasing having found a pair of SS19 Nike Pegasus Turbo's £50 cheaper than anywhere else (and I looked everywhere). I used my credit card to pay should there be any issues however I was sent immediate confirmation. With it being sunday evening when I ordered i got the invoice the following day (monday). Shoes arrived Thursday morning via parcel force. No issues at all. Whilst clearly not a perfect system judging by other experience it isn't a scam. Choose a few sites you trust completely and put them into trustpilot and I guarantee people will be calling it a scam and have had issues you'd never imagined.

Ordered Nike Pegasus which were £10 cheaper than Sports Direct. Delivery was prompt, particularly given they came from Germany. Perfect transaction from my point of view.

I ordered 2 pairs on New Balance trainers as the prices were very cheap. Once ordered I decided to check Trust Pilot for reviews. There were alot of negative reviews which had me worried, so I emailed jogging point to ask about my transaction and recieved verification email regarding my purchase 2 days later.

My trainers arrived 7 days after purchase which was a little longer that stated on the website but over all very happy with my purchase from jogging point. I have given them 3 stars as the delivery time was longer than expected & the reply to my email could have been quicker.

Useless, possibly scam.

Item ordered in late May, no communication for two weeks. When enquired, jogging point admit item was returned due to 'problem with delivery address' (address is fine and has been so for 7+ years). Claim delivery charge will not be refunded.
No item refund either.

Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered trainers from this company through Amazon. They arrived in good time but were unsuitable and I returned them. When I phoned to check on the status of return, the company first claimed that they had no record of purchase, or return. Then when I emailed proof of both purchase, and gave them tracking number of return which shows it has been received, they stated that a refund has in fact been made. It hasn't. NO monies have been refunded to me. Now they are saying that they are referring me to their accounts department. Still no sign of refund. Please steer well clear of this company.

I ordered some Asics trainers (latest model) on 6 March - £50 cheaper than most other retailers. I then came across some of the negative reviews on Trust Pilot and became concerned. I didn't get an email to confirm my order had been dispatched so after a few days I logged into my account and saw it had been marked as dispatched. When I clicked on the tracking info I got a 404 error message. I emailed customer services however and I got a reply back the same day with tracking info. I was then able to track my order via GLS and subsequently Parcelforce and it has just been delivered - 1 week after placing the order. Trainers are perfect and exactly as expected! So no concerns from me. Would have been good to get a dispatch confirmation email - but all in all can't fault this company and their service.

Saved myself £50 on a pair of trainers. Admittedly I was a bit sceptical after having read negative reviews of the company but I can’t fault the product or delivery time. However, communication isn’t great; no email to say trainers had been dispatched but I’d received them within 5 days of placing the order.

It seems funny that it's hit and miss with some people. A lot of people whining for no real reason. (Smelly feet rotting your trainers after 80 miles doesnt make it their fault lol)
LOOK THROUGH THE WHINE AND YOU'LL BE FINE.
I would buy from them again without hesitation.
