After reading the reviews i was a bit hesitant to buy from this company but i’m glad i did. The jacket i ordered was very rare and sold out in the UK, the only site I could find it on was a rare item reseller who was charging £150! I saw on jogging point it was £75 so i took the risk and ordered. Despite the rubbish reviews, the communications were clear, i had up to date tracking information and the jacket came within 5 days of ordering all the way from germany. Would definitely order from here again.

I was a bit worried about buying from Jogging Point from the UK when I read some of the reviews on here, but in my experience they were absolutely fine.

The trainers I ordered arrived within a week and we're exactly as described, plus I was able to track them the entire time which gave me peace of mind.

The only suggestion I'd give would be to edit the website so it's easier to fill in UK addresses, as it's currently set up for the German format.

I'd happily buy from them again!

Appalling company , I have returned trainers over 6 weeks ago and dispute several emails - no reply several phone calls - no answer still no refund or looking like it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Like others will have to resort to legal means to recover my money!!!

Customer service centre completely unresponsive. I ordered a pair of shoes from Jogging Point, and noticed the item hadn't been shipped out. I tried to call them. No response. Tried to email them 4 times. After a week, no response. Absolutely dreadful experience.

I'm completely satisfied. With the order number, I could follow every step of my order, the procedure had been updating almost every day till my shoes finally arrive at the estimated date!

Same as the people below. NO response on email and the lines stay closed. Sounds like I'm going to have to try and claim the money back through legal means.

I ordered some trainers over three weeks ago, and the money was taken out of my account. I have not received the trainers. I sent two emails, it took them a WEEK to respond. Apparently my address had reconfigured itself and was incorrect. Did they try to contact me? No, I had to contact them. I gave them my correct address and contact number. That was 10 days ago. I have had nothing. No more correspondence, no trainers. I have emailed twice since, no response. It’s unbelievable, I have never ever had such awful service. I feel like I’ve been robbed of over £70, and I’ll be starting a legal process through my credit card company soon.

So I bought a big selection of Trainers as I wanted to try many and didn't know what size I would need as all brands vary.
Slow delivery as even though the site is a .co.uk they come from Germany.
Selected a pair that I wanted and shipped the rest back. 15 days have past since they have had all of the trainers and still no refund even though they state it would be 5-7 working days for the refund.
They are slow at replying to emails and appears even slower at giving you your money back for items you do not keep.

Items good, price good, such a shame a long delay so I wont use again.

Bought a lovely pair of Adidas Terrex walking trainers from them. Had never heard of Jogging Point before, but did some research and their price was far lower then other sellers for the item.

Fast service, sent from Germany arrived in less than a week and packaged well.

I ordered (standard delivery) from this company from the uk not realising they were a business based in Germany.

Before realising that fact, I contacted them as I became anxious that they hadn’t arrived about five days (they arrived 8 days after ordering in the end).

But I must say although others who have reviewed have said when they attempted to email the company they had no response, that wasn’t the experience I had, THEY WERE AMAZING! Even going as far as sending me tracking information from their side in Germany.

I was also able to get trainers which I could not get anywhere else in the size I needed for nearly £40 cheaper!!!

So I got to say I think those who had bad experiences were unlucky as I was reading the reviews after ordering the trainers and they hadn’t arrived I became anxious that they weren’t legit but I have to assure you all they are.

Ordered a pair of trainers over a week ago had the money taken from my account, try to ring numerous times and sent numerous emails to find out where they are and have had no update as to whether they have even been dispateched. If I don’t hear back tomorrow I will be looking at legal action of some sort as this was a lot of money

I ordered a pair of Nike Zoom Fly Trainers for my daughter on the 26th Nov. They arrived on the 1st Dec by courier.
I paid £117 for them which is a lot less than everywhere else and the postage was free.
It's the first time I've used this company, but will definitely use again.

Excellent service. Shoes ordered, delivered a few days later (delivery also free!). Shoes were also a great price, in comparison to other websites.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers on Sunday evening and received an order confirmation followed by an invoice and dispatch note on Monday morning. I then read some of the company’s reviews and didn’t hold out much hope for great service. However, on Wednesday afternoon I received an email from Parcelforce with full tracking details for delivery on Thursday. The trainer have arrived perfectly in 4 days and a saving of around 20% compared to UK outlets. In short I’m a happy customer and would recommend Jogging-Point.

After Amazon delivered the wrong size Asics twice, I looked elsewhere to find someone who could deliver me some size 12s. Placed the order on Monday (and the price was £20 cheaper than Amazon) and got notifications all through the process. Just taken delivery today - Thursday same week - and I got exactly what I ordered.

I bought two pairs of trainers from Jogging Point, having searched the internet for a better price the we could find locally. I was a little worried by some of the reviews, but my wife and I had previously tried out the trainers for size, so we weren't too worried about the need to exchange/return. We ordered two pairs of Saucony trainers on Saturday - got immediate confirmation, then an invoice and dispatch notification on Monday and we had tracking details to follow the delivery. The trainers arrived by Parcel Force this morning (Weds). Trainers were pristine and well packaged and nearly half the price advertised elsewhere. Very pleased with our purchase and the service from Jogging Point. Would use again.

Ordered two pairs of asics on Sunday and they arrived today (Friday) and are perfect. Excellent and cheaper than other sites.

I have just brought a pair on asics kayano trainers.
I ordered them, with no worries, then i saw the reviews and started to worry..
But thank god no need .
They turned up on time.
And are great .
Most of the bad reviews seem to be about returns.
I knew what i wanted and i always have the same make, model and size.
Im very happy

Should have learned from my last bad experience with them. They have lost my order or delivery firm has in not sure. They will not open a case until I send them "we kindly ask you to handwrite the attached statement, sign it and send us a picture." Taking the Michael surly? What century are we in? My order has not arrived!! Look into it!! Never again.
