Buying travel money online from John Lewis Money was very easy. Rate was competitive, ordering and paying was seamless and collecting from a Waitrose store was very convenient. The travel money was very well packed and secured.

Not the arrangement I wanted
Opening an account was very straightforward. However I only had to do that because I was not permitted to be an equal joint card holder with my husband as we had been for many years on the previous John Lewis card scheme. As we have a joint bank account it seems ridiculous that we need two separate card accounts.

Couple of glitches
Only just taken this card out. The signing-up process was quite easy but there wrre a couple of glitches that requireed a call to Customer Service. All sorted very quickly by the very professional agents at the other end.

The lady that served us was super friendly, super efficient and made the transaction easy and we left very happy with all aspects of the interaction especially the very happy customer service which is rare nowadays.
