All very easy
It was very easy to order the money online (euros on this occasion). The money was delivered to store and could be picked up at a time convenient to me. Collection was very easy and the member of staff who served me was very friendly and helpful. The fact there was a rate sale on at the time was an added bonus.

Simple site and when it works
Simple site and when it works, then it’s good, however, it relies on Royal Mail to their part of the job. This time everything worked perfectly !! Unfortunately, our order before this one was a complete farce !Ordered our currency 2 weeks before travel and it never turned up . Stuck at Royal Mail Depot and nothing could be done 🤔 JL did refund us but the currency would have been better. This was not JL fault solely Royal Mail.

Took passport and JLP Reference but was…
Took passport and JLP Reference but was refused as i did not have original c/card the puchase was made with. Returned next day assistant said i had sufficient I.D. and did not wish to see the c/Card. Note as an OAP i have plenty of time and fuel to ride about on a JLP jolly??? Branch continues to dissapoint.
