While it was a bit on the pricey side, it has proven to be worth every penny. I can't recommend it enough, I have the best night's sleep thanks to this amazing mattress! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. After placing my order, I received a personal call to discuss my sleeping habits and ensure that the mattress I chose was the perfect fit for me.

Just as all of the other reviews say. I was worried about ordering a mattress online after trying so many in the shops but thought that with the return policy would allow me to hive it a go at least.
I can't fault the company, service or product. After a telephone conversation about my partner and my sleeping preferences we went for the king size artisan mattress. It arrived perfectly packed by a company that took pride in delivering it!
As soon as we slept on the mattress we knew we had made the right choice. It was extremely comfortable and we have both slept like babies since. The mattress is beautifully made with real quality. I can't recommend it or John Ryan anymore, go for it and give one a go you won't look back.

Ordered their double mattress on recommendation from a friend. I suffered from weird back-pains for years. We had an ikea mattress and a foam topper before and decided enough was enough. Within a week with our new mattress I felt better! Miracle .

Recently, I received my second mattress from John Ryan by Design, and I’m shocked that they’ve somehow managed to make it even more comfortable! The entire experience, from ordering to customer care, was seamless. The delivery drivers were professional and courteous, adding to the overall positive experience.

Have now bought a sprung based bed and a mattress from John Ryan. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My bed is so comfortable and a great height for my ageing legs. Would thoroughly recommend

The customer service was brilliant from start to finish. The mattress itself is also very comfortable and well made.

I purchased a mattress about a year ago the middle of the mattress has completely failed leaving a massive dip in the middle. I emailed them regarding this they correctly sent out a inspector and supposedly they deemed my slats to far apart when they are 3 inches apart the whole way up the mattress which would not explain as to why the full length of the mattress there is a huge dip in the mattress. I personally would not reccomend this company as they sell you with there lovely 5-10 year warranty depending on which mattress you buy and then proceed to completely ignore the clear manufacturing defaults and go out of there way to avoid replacing. I am now going to have to go and buy a new mattress as this one is unusable. Highly do not recommend

Their customer service is excellent. The delivery arrangements were convenient and efficient and the mattress I purchased is extremely comfortable. I was going to chose a different firmness and called the sales team who suggested a less firm mattress and they were absolutely right. It was a great experience, and so much easier than going to a shop and trying out mattresses.

So pleased with the mattress we bought last year for our master bedroom, that when the one in our guest bedroom needed replacing, we decided to get the same mattress from John Ryan by Design. Service is excellent, quality is exceptional, and mattresses are made to order. If you do not find the mattress comfortable, you can return it after a suitable trial period. I would certainly recommend trying John Ryan before you look anywhere else.

I tried 2 other mattresses before my John Ryan one. A Simba one was the first one, it was so hard and uncomfortable.
I finally thought I would give JR a go after seeing the ad on Facebook. It’s absolutely wonderful, so soft ( which I wanted) but also feels like great quality with good support. Really over the moon with it.

The mattress is very comfortable and we have no problems with it. We originally came across John Ryan mattress in an airb'n'b and decided to buy one for ourselves. We needed a new mattress in any event.
So we are very pleased with it.

Excellent service, excellent quality mattress. We went for the Origins pocket 1500 king mattress - so comfortable and high quality. Great communication, quick turnaround, Julie in the John Ryan office run through a number of questions with me to ensure we were purchasing the right mattress for us. Previously had a Hypnos mattress for 8 years, will recommend John Ryan to everyone now.

We bought an Origins Pocket 1500 mattress for our king sized bed and we're so glad that we did.
