They racist!!! Horrible experience

One thing about my husband and I is we love great customer service. We will pay just about anything if you provide great customer service. I am Very disgusted and disappointed. My husband and I walked into the store on November 25th. The sales person with a ponytail did not acknowledge that us. He was with another customer but he could have said I'll be right with you or a simple
Good evening would have been great! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!!! It's obvious they are racist. What's sad is we were going to buy equipment on the spot. He was so busy with the white customer who did not buy anything that he did not look at pay acknowledge us or even attempted to make eye contact!! Horrible!!!

Please do not buy from Johnson Fitness

Johnson Fitness’s customer service and team itself are terrible. I asked for a repair for my treadmill since MARCH 2022 and up until today (AUGUST 2022), there has been no news from them. And initially when the technician came to inspect the first time, he did not even want to preoperly check, he just stood and looked (literally just turned on my treadmill and looked at the error message) and straight away wanted to write the receipt. Not until I asked him to open up the parts to properly check what was the issue, that he finally did as I asked otherwise, he was planning to just come and write receipt, assuming the issue without proper inspections and mind you, he still charged rm100. For doing nothing?!?! If I had not asked him to properly check he would have charged me for nothing!?!?! Really terrible. And i kept following up with the customer service via email, message and call and still nothing! Seriously horrible and rude. I told them to just keep their orders cos no point. Half a year already. My savings for tht half a year also can already buy a new machine! I was also shocked to see other bad reviews as I thought only me facing it with this stupid company.

BUYER BEWARE!!

I thought I’d share this about My experience with JOHNSON FITNESS…

I highly suggest you avoid Johnson Fitness stores and fitness Equipment as a whole. I don’t suggest you buy anything manufactured by them under any other names such as “Matrix” (there many other brand names that are Johnson items when you “look under the hood”). They ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS THEY MANUFACTURE AND SELL!

This has been my experience as I have been in a battle with them for over a year regarding a piece of equipment that has not worked correctly since day one. I have had 3 different service people to our house 5 times in a year plus, having replaced multiple parts and numerous software updates that have never resolved the issue (mind you, the service calls started at day 1, the item we purchased for an overpriced $3K and has NEVER WORKED CORRECTLY!!). Each time they have come to service the item, i am told it is now fine and working only to find out after a few days, it does not work correctly. I mean $3k for a product that does not come on correctly (you have to switch it off and reboot every time), locks up while using, monitors do not work, multiple inconveniences during COVID with service persons and now the motor does not run even though we start the program.

I bought it because it was to be the most reliable brand. After they flamed every other less expensive brand out there. I’ve had other treadmills for a lot less $$ and they have been rock solid with no issues. (Sure wish I would’ve just moved my old one with me when I moved south. It never let me down.)

They refuse to take the item back and refund the money that was paid. This product has been and clearly is a lemon! The salesperson (mind you AFTER the sale and my full payment) has informed me “corporate” won’t do anything and you’re stuck with the item.

I have done everything they have asked to no avail and now I am told that it’s been over year so “we’re not going to do anything”. IT’S BEEN OVER A YEAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE YET TO FIX THE MULTIPLE RECURRING PROBLEMS!! The product is clearly a lemon. It has been a boat anchor from the beginning and they will not admit it or do anything about it.

And now I have a product that is not safe to use due to reliability issues and shutdowns. Please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JOHNSON FITNESS! (You can thank me later for that little tip.)

So now, off I go to the next step in getting this resolved outside of Johnson Fitness AS I will not be stuck with this item.

My simple suggestion, STAY AWAY FROM JOHNSON FITNESS!!!

Horizon Treadmill Warranty Lies

We ordered a Horizon Treadmill from Johnson Fitness. In April 2021 the upper console broke and the treadmill was unusable. It took over 4 months for a part to come in and be delivered to our home, and in those 4 months, I had to call repeatedly. In the last month, I was told each and every call (every 2 days) the part would be shipped out that day, and it never shipped until I demanded to speak to a manager. I finally got the upper console delivered after months of struggling to get any sort of answer or resolution. For all my trouble, Johnson Fitness extended my warranty to April 2023. However they neglected to tell me they only extended my parts warranty, not labor. LO AND BEHOLD, now, in October 2021, it’s broken again! And Johnson Fitness is only paying for parts, not labor to get it fixed, because they told me half-truths earlier this year. Today I called and asked to speak to a manager. A manager was too busy to speak with me, and said she’d call me back. She never did, and now they have emailed us a survey as if they issue is closed. I feel that my treadmill is never going to work longer than a few months, and Johnson Fitness is only telling half-truths to customers to maintain their margins. I deserve a labor warranty as well as a parts warranty for all the trouble I went through earlier this year, and especially since I seem to have a treadmill that can’t function longer than 3 months in a row.

I have spend over 7000 with this…

I have spend over 7000 with this company and it is a joke. I have a 3700 Elliptical that has had a brake error since January. So I called them OVER and OVER again. OVER 30 calls to the OKC branch and even to the North, where I was assure they would take care of this. They do not answer you messages, so don't leave them and the people that work there just lie through their teeth. My elliptical was less than a year old and now it might as well be a rock. Wonder how it would look in my garden. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, most worthless people i have ever seen. I am still waiting for the warranty guy to call me back from 3 months ago. How they stay in business is anyone's guess. I just want my elliptical fixed with that wonderful 5 year warranty they kept telling me about. I have made myself sick over this and they should be ashamed. That is what I get for buying this at the OKC fair

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I ordered a brand new T303 ( ORDER NUMBER 600008635) through the Horizon fitness in Canada and received a damaged one. Tried to reach them through email and phone for days without any luck. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After posting reviews online, I got a reply indicating two options, wait for replacement parts which are in back orders or pay more than $170 for return and restocking costs(20%). Funny part is that they make decisions for you without contacting you!! Are you kidding me. What a shame, at least take responsibility for your short comings instead of beating the bushes. BTW, their website deletes your reviews and dose not publish them!!!!!!!!!!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.
