I bought some shoes from John White, unfortunately they were too small, so I called to return them, the system was easy and painless and the offer for my money back was without hesitation! I liked the shoes I saw, but they did not have a bigger size, so they helped me find something similar! The experience was amazing! Thank you John White!

The shoes are unique and of an excellent quality as well as good value for money. The ease of use of John White website and the speed with which you receive delivery information is excellent. In addition there is a wide selection of delivery options .

Ordered shoes in sale for my wedding. Got Shipping confirmation the next day. Shoes not delivered and tracking doesn’t work. A week later I get a refund notification with no explanation why they have refunded item. I contacted John white by email for clarification but no response. A few days later I still have no shoes and the money hasn’t been refunded to my account either. Shoes are also no longer on sale either, not that I’m likely to reorder after this shambles

I have bought a number of Shoes and Boots from John White shoes, and have always found them to be of an excellent quality.

I ordered a pair of boots from John White Shoes. They were mail order and arrived promptly and the boots were in good order. I ordered my normal size in a boot they fit well as they are still new they are a little tight. Great quality product im very pleased with my purchase.

Immediately the company was returning back my shoes because they first order was small, I appreciated a lot !!!

Nice quality shoes, but why on earth wouldn’t you make these true to size - they’re one size smaller for some bizarre and unknown reason.

I wear formal shoes for work every day and have battled for years with different brands, until I came across John White Shoes! My word, these shoes not only look stunning, but feel amazing on your feet too. I have quite sensitive feet (and wide) but the sole is perfectly crafted and the tongue is supportive as well.

They air on the small side, so purchase a size up (I'm usually a 12, but have to get a 13 in John Whites). These are the only brand of formal shoe I buy now!

And you know what they say "once you go (John) White, you never go back!"

bought a pair of suede loafers, excellent quality and the advice to go a size lower than your normal size is spot on.

Purchased three pairs of mens leather loafers. Dispatch & delivery was very quick, and arrived nicely packaged. I retuned one pair due to sizing, but the returns process was simple and easy to organise. The shoes are excellent quality and exceeded my expectations!

My Hemsworth sneakers were well made and good looking. For smaller feet, they are just the ticket, but my size 13s were so small, l could begin to get my feet in them. In my opinion, they weren't much bigger than a size 11. Reluctantly I have had to return them as they are a well presented shoe

Top review!! Couldn't fault them. I called the company and was desperately hoping the order could come a little earlier. My order was found, tracked and a person on the phoned personally reassured me that he would get them to our house before my son's PROM!! As usual 16 year old boys leave things till the last minute. The shoes arrived in the next couple of days - five days before we really needed them and with enough time to wear them in. They looked amazing and the price was great too. Very reasonable for a pair that will be worn again and again and yet again. Northampton shoe company that makes great shoes. Thank you. We will use you again.

Very happy with my two pairs of John White Rogues. Excellent quality, very comfortable and good sole grip. And very keenly priced for such well constructed shoes. Perfect ‘smart casual’ look for work.
