I recently purchased some Downey Brown Penny Loafer size 7 shoes. One of biggest selling factors for me was that the shoes are made in the UK and to the highest quality. The shoes were a good fit for me (I have wide feet). You can feel and see the quality craftsmanship that has gone into making these shoes. Highly recommended and delivery of the shoes was within a couple of days.

Shoe Sizes
The shoes I ordered were good quality and all aspects of ordering and delivery were very good but the shoes were very narrow and I was unable to try them on and sadly had to return them.
The shoes should be made to British standards and not European as their shoe last sizes are not the same as British.

The shoes are excellent. Sadly my last pair were too small (the first time this has happened with the brand) and the next size was not available (they were in a clearance sale) so they have to be returned. Friendly staff put the wheels in motion straight away. Great service and I'll be quicker off the mark next time as I really, really liked the shoes.
