Great, high quality clothing and customer service

Great, high quality clothing. I have several pieces from the brand in my wardrobe. I recently ordered a lovely coat during the Black Friday sale it was slightly delayed. I contacted customer service and they quickly rectified the situation.

Absolutely Love Sisterhood — Exceptional Quality, Style & Service

I recently discovered Sisterhood and have already purchased several pieces this season — every single one has been gorgeous. The style is modern, elevated, and effortlessly wearable, and the quality is truly impressive. These are pieces that feel special and built to last, not just for one season.

One thing that really stands out is their customer service. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a question or concern, their team has responded with exceptional care and detail. It’s honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — quick and genuinely committed to making things right.

I’m based in the US and was a little hesitant at first about ordering from overseas given the new tariff environment, but the process couldn’t be easier. All duties, taxes, and tariffs are included at checkout, no surprises at delivery. I really appreciate that!

Sisterhood has quickly become one of my go-to brands for stylish, high-quality pieces and an all-around wonderful shopping experience. Highly recommend!

No help from customer service

I ordered a knit jumper which arrived and when I tried in on (about 20 mins) I noticed considerable balling under the arms and on the face of the jumper. I reached out to customer service with pictures etc. but was just told this was normal and sent a TikTok of a girl debobbling a clearly old and worn jumper. I explained this was brand new with tags but customer service doubled down that it was normal wear and did not provide any option to return or exchange. The colour of the jumper was also misleading it was marked “cedar” and looked grey in photos but is actually green in real life. Overall a disappointing experience when spending money on what is supposed to be a higher quality item.

Items made from 100% Wool will have pilling happen with the first wears as standard. This is often mistaken as a quality issue, but it is just the loose fibres from the yarn which work their way out of the garment with friction. These can be safely and easily removed from the item with a de-pilling machine to return it to looking brand new. We always suggest if you are investing in high quality knitwear to have one of these machines to look after your items long term. We feel our Cedar colour is well represented in the photos online after review.

We are really sorry you feel disappointed.

Excellent service and product

Bought a cardigan for my daughters birthday. Not cheap but very good quality so you get what you pay for. Had to email them about a mistake I’d made and they responded really quickly and efficiently. In fact best customer service I’ve ever had.

Maddie in Customer service was awesome. So helpful and friendly.
I reached out for help after I ordered the wrong size. My email was answered promptly and was able to cancel my order for the wrong size and re-order the correct one.

Great support to resolve a distribution issue!


Update - Sisterhood went over and above to resolve this issue and turned it around in 24 hours. In addition they gave a full explanation of events that led to this confusion. The comms were personal and informal which was very refreshing and I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. I very much appreciate the effort that the team went to here.

My first order with Sisterhood. Ordered a coat for my daughters birthday, because they offer next day delivery. Still not even despatched. They have refunded the next day delivery which is nice, but doesn’t help that I have paid £250 for a coat as a gift that hasn’t arrived and it’s my daughters birthday and 2 days and no idea when it will be sent!!!! They haven’t mentioned that, just refunded the delivery, which doesn’t actually answer the problem! So well done Sisterhood literally money for nothing!

Really disappointed and a bit worried about not having a gift for my daughter!

Disappointed – Missing item unresolved

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this brand, but unfortunately I’ve been left extremely disappointed after an unresolved issue with my order (#52934).

When my parcel arrived, one item was missing (the Clio cardigan in black, size M). I immediately contacted customer service, provided photos, and explained the situation calmly and honestly.

To investigate, the team shared CCTV footage of their warehouse and an internal database extract (which also seemed potentially not GDPR-compliant). While I appreciate the effort to look into the issue, the packing footage was too fast and the angle too unclear to confirm that all five items were placed in the parcel. Despite this, the brand maintained that the item must have been included.

I fully understand that based on their internal information, it appears to them that everything was shipped correctly. But the fact remains: in the parcel I opened, there were only four items. I purchased the Clio cardigan in two colours, I received the brown one, but the black one simply wasn’t there. This means either the parcel was not packed with all five items, or the item somehow disappeared between the moment it left their warehouse (according to CCTV) and the moment it reached me, even though the parcel I opened seemed intact.

I repeatedly explained, in good faith, that the cardigan was missing, yet I was left with no refund, no replacement, and no goodwill gesture, leaving me out of pocket by around €160 for an item I never received. This is not a €30 item; it’s a high-priced piece, and I expected a level of support that matched the value of the products they sell.

What’s most disappointing is that despite my patience, cooperation, and transparency, the situation ended with:
- no resolution,
- no goodwill gesture,
- and an implicit suggestion that the responsibility somehow falls on me, even though I did nothing wrong.

I understand they are a small business, and I genuinely support small brands — that’s why I chose to order from them in the first place. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the items I did receive, which is the reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.

However, as a customer with a job who chose to invest in their products because the brand seemed trustworthy and the quality genuine, I also deserve fair treatment. When something goes wrong, whether during packing, shipping, or at any point in transit, it’s ultimately the brand’s responsibility to investigate fully and support the customer. In this case, I was left with neither the item nor a solution.

I hope the brand reconsiders how they handle these rare but important situations in the future.

Hi Lou, unfortunately after a thorough investigation with the courier and our warehouse, we had conclusive evidence that all of your items were packed correctly. This included timed scans at 2 stages of packing, CCTV which clearly showed the items inside the package and the confirmed weight of the package with the courier on delivery. We also did a stock check for the item and everything was in order from our side.

Sisterhood took the money for goods I ordered .. they then took a second amount from my bank which was unauthorised … and was more money than the original sale …. I am still awaiting a reply …. I was skeptical in the beginning as I had not heard of the brand before but it exceeded expectations. Great service, quick to reply and very friendly. The Zoey coat is super warm for how light it is and keeps me dry and stylish in the unpredictable Copenhagen weather. Shout out to Maddie for her help!!

Incredible quality

This is my 3rd time ordering from Sisterhood, I’m always really impressed with the knitwear, compared to similar brands the quality is really lovely and I’m always complimented on my pieces. Feeling beautiful

I am so incredibly grateful for accidentally coming across this small business. I have bought many items from them where they have been incredibly helpful. They are the kindest people I have come across and understood my struggle to find clothing I feel good in. I took all the items on holiday with me and within the week, I had compliments from so many people on the outfits I have worn which has never happened. I had high expectations but was really…

I had high expectations but was really disappointed. I bought a coat for £245. Which I have never spent on a coat, but wanted to treat my self. The coat is so so scratchy, it doesn’t keep me warm at all, it looks almost grey because of the way it’s made with the wool. It’s not comfortable at all. I researched before hand and it said it was comfortable ect. I cut the tag off before I even put it on, as I had such high expectations. But now I am stuck without a coat I can’t wear. :(
