I participated in a lesson and enjoyed the passion of the cook as well as the preparation of an exotic dish which in the end came out very well!!! Very nice experience indeed!

Diaspo organised a rangoli event for my firm. Jagruti and Harish made the event really personal and intimate, with the perfect mix of history / culture and rangoli making itself. They also catered to unique requirements I / my company had. 10/10 would recommend!

A great platform, not only to learn interesting recipes, but on a more deep level to connect with people around the world, and share stories and experiences. The recipes are of course amazing, and I found myself trying things I usually wouldn't have done if I just googled for it. Really good personable company with a great vision and mission.

Harish was helpful and patient in setting up the Diwali cookalong for our company's BAME network diwali celebrations. He was happy to customise the menu. The session was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants. Sunita, the chef, was brilliant at teaching the quick and easy simple dishes (meethe chawal (sweet rice) and masala chai (indian tea)). She answered all the questions people had such as dairy free milk alternatives and whether to use tumeric instead of orange colouring.

I have taken five or so classes over the last six months and each has been exceptional. The dishes are always superb and easy to execute no matter how experienced you are as a chef. Perhaps the best thing though is seeing how the attendees interact with the instructor over the course of a class. It's not just about the cooking, it's the backstories and tips that you pick up along the way that make Diaspo classes so engaging. You come away feeling so much more knowledgeable.

Love these guys. Have attended half a dozen classes and they've all been unique, fun, and delicious. Really well organised and a very relaxed and friendly vibe. Have cooked things I didn't even know existed - special mention to the Hainanese Chicken!

Loved my pakora & chai class with Sunita this weekend. The recipe and Sunita's instructions were easy to follow and the results scrumptious. I was able to show progress and results throughout for Sunita to comment on and give suggestions. Would thoroughly recommend. A lovely way to celebrate Diwali and 'escape' lockdown for an hour or so.

I attended Aicha's Msemen class and it was an amazing experience during the quarantine. Diaspo is a great platform that brings together cultural aspects of different cuisines with food enthusiasts. I can't wait to discover other classes!

I've attended a few classes with Diaspo now and every one of them has been fantastic. I've learnt so much, and love that the teachers are always checking how you get on and tell you lots of information about the dishes. The organisation is great, telling you exactly what you need in plenty of time so that you can source the ingredients. I couldn't recommend them enough. My highlight was a morroccan orange cake, which I gave to my mother and she said it is one of her favourite cakes now. I will be making that one again and again!

This is great! There is a range of interactive classes from a variety of cuisines. I honestly never imagined I could cook food so tasty, the classes have been great, you can ask questions and the chefs cook it in real-time alongside you, guiding you along the way. Fun and reasonably priced, give it a try!

I LOVE Diaspo! It's so much more than just a cooking class. Not only do you enhance your cooking skills, but you learn about the culture and background of the dish, directly from the chef. And the interactive nature of the class makes it a lot of fun. I can't wait for my next class.

An excellent platform from which i have gained many skills and confidence that I never had. The teachers are all amazing and very patient and are always happy to answer questions no matter how silly they may seem! The small class numbers are also really nice and provides a more intimate session. The food has always turned out amazingly and exactly as intended.

I had my first ever cooking classes on Diaspo, and it was a great experience.

The teachers are phenomenal -- they bring energy, authenticity, and charm. I love hearing the teachers' stories because the stories add so much to the experience -- you know that you're getting the real deal.

The food has been delicious each time (Caribbean fish and fatteh), and the teachers are very supportive to make sure that you're keeping up. The teachers can also explain the significance of the ingredients that you're using and will even help figure out substitutes.

I highly recommend Diaspo's immersive online cooking experiences.

What an excellent idea, that is executed perfectly. Everything is extremely easy to follow, and if you miss something then the tutors are happy to repeat steps, to make sure everyone is following at their own pace. I also thought it was a fantastic way to experience new food but also to experience the culture and reason as to why the chef loves cooking. An absolutely brilliant experience, one I'll be sure to recommend and more importantly I will 100% be attending another class.

I’ve done several Diaspo online classes now and have loved every one! The teachers are all wonderful, the dishes are straightforward and everything we’ve cooked has been delicious!

Cooking with Diaspo has brightened up our week and our kitchen. I love the interaction and that you can ask questions or for help. The teachers know their stuff really well and are generous in sharing their stories and their cooking tips. It’s hands down the best thing we’ve discovered for keen cooks who love to try new dishes!

A wonderful service that allows you to gain an aunty or uncle for an hour and get their best recipes and kitchen techniques. It’s just icing on top that you get to enjoy some incredible food at the end.
