From the initial call from the office staff confirming the attendance of a sales person and follow up email confirming our conversation.
The sales person Mark Chesney was one of the most knowledgeable persons I've come across. He put me and my wife's concerns at ease.
When HD left he said he would send a quote through in a few days.
The next day our quote arrived and were very please with it.
After getting finance in place, we sent the signed quote back to Mark.
Two days later we received a call from the company saying that the 10% deposit is due, which we paid on credit card.
We were then given 3 weeks notice of installation dates.
The scaffolds turned up, and did their bit, the the two installer's arrived. One set up the connectors on the roof whilst the other set up the electrical connections.
All went as planned.
And they cleaned up after themselves and took away numerous cardboard boxes, and other stuff.
Switch on went as expected, and the Solar Cloud App showed we are no longer using power from the grid.
Wow never thought I would ever see that.
All in all, an experience that will stay with us for ever.

Spot on from the start. Very thorough in person survey good follow up not pushy and good communication skills.

Installation- Hard working and polite team. Ploughing on even with some miserable weather conditions. Very good explanation of the system and use of the Solax app.

Very smooth implementation, very impressive and more than happy with the results.

Customer service is top of the list for this company.
Even when there were some issues, they answered the phone or email very quickly and took action speedily.

From the start to the installing. Everything went smoothly. The sales person answered all queries I had about the panels. Rainbow energy kept me inform about every step that they was doing. From the scaffolding going up to the installation team coming. I have been delighted with the level of service I have received from Rainbow Energy. The advisor who visited me was helpful, knowledgeable and above all, pleasant to deal with. I had one of the Rainbow guys come to my house toward the end of March 23 and I got my quotation a few days later, so was impressed at this point. However, this is where I stopped being impressed. Emails are not responded to, phone calls were ignored and after me doing all of the chasing via head office, it appears that the weight information originally provided was completely wrong even though what I've been quoted for has not changed. How can I be told one of the three arrays weighed only 109kg, then later when I queried this multiple times, I'm told it was actually closer to 450kg. I really do not understand how with so many good reviews on Trustpilot they got it so wrong with me.

The experience has been great from start to finish. We got a informative consultation with Allan, he was very clear and helpful. The installation of the panels was quick and neat. Both Scott and Adam were respectful and professionally. We can recommend using this company if you want to do your bit for the planet.

Rainbow Energy were fantastic from start to finish. I had a good idea of what I wanted and there were a few complexities...

Knowledgeable, quick, clean and neat
I have got our system installed on 19/01/2023. Installers arrived around 8am and straight away started fixing the inverter and batteries in the garage. Around 9 am scaffolders came and put up the scaffolding in an hour. The whole installation was done by 2pm and scaffolding was down and taken away by 3pm. Prior to the installation they were very patient with all my questions. Their technical team is very knowledgeable and answered all my queries. Specially their installations manager Andrew Chad & Head of Operations Adrian Bruce were so helpful. After the installation Andrew Chad phoned me and explained about various aspects of the system and how to get maximum out of it. Highly recommended.

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. from the first rep that visited my house, through my various technical questions and worries, and finishing with a swift and competent installation team.
The Solax equipment appears to be functioning well (though it's only been running for 3 days so far!) and I anticipate that I will be getting good after-sale service.

Every member of the Rainbow Energy team I've had contact with has been polite, friendly, helpful and patient when dealing with questions, changes or requests. The quotes where very detailed and easy to follow as was the final contract and both were in plain understandable english.

With the additional after sales support, monitoring, and servicing offered by Rainbow Energy it has certainly taken a lot of the stress out of investing so much money in a solar system.
