Gnome Rainbow - Tom and his team were very nice
Tom and his team were very nice, polite and professional. They rose to the challenge of the wifi issue regarding the battery being installed away from the house, keeping me updated all the way through. The whole system is very neat and pleasing to the eye. Solar Panel and battery installation
Rainbow Energy were helpful and professional throughout the process of fitting solar panels and a storage battery to our house. They were honest and reliable and communication was timely and useful. Their quote was competitive but included additional provisions eg a larger capacity battery and annual servicing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Perfect from start to finish
From start to finish everything about Rainbow was perfect. Nick came and explained everything to me and nothing was pushy. He put together a package that was right for my home then gave me time to think about it. When we decided that Rainbow was the right company to use we arranged an install date which was only 2 weeks ahead so no massive wait. The install team arrived and were all polite and removed their shoes while inside my home. What a credit to the company they all were. The install was completed in one day and I was shown how to use the app to see how things were going. We started saving money on our energy bills immediately and have saved money every day. I wasn’t expecting it to make such a difference at this time of year but it has. On a sunny day we can totally run our home, charge the battery to 100% and pump some back into the grid. When the install team had finished they cleared up everything and even vacuumed all through where they had been.
