Good business practice
On this occasion I actually received the wrong order but mistakes happen and the sign of a good business is how they deal with the problem. Join sent my correct order next day delivery and asked me to keep the other products as a gesture of goodwill. Spot on!

Product was a thank you gift and all arrived on time.
My friend was going away so flowers were no good.
Also every time they see the bottle, they will think of me - what’s not to love about that.
I have some products of my own and they smell so nice. I love the body scrub and body wash.

Join is a beautifully petite space with big ideas and a wonderful eye spotting unusual ethically sourced goodies. Presents for friends other and presents for me …. Just the best
Just the best, most lovely natural products! The candles are just beautiful and fill my open plan house. The surface spray is amazing and the scent alone makes cleaning a joy plus you get all the holistic benefits as you work! I am always gifting the candles and surface spray to friends to spread the join love!
