Can barely bring myself to even give them a single star. Card's name says it all. Total rip off.

my neighbor bought me one of these for Christmas for shoveling for her but unfortunately by the time i got the card it had expired. this isn't usually a problem as you can call the companies to get a new one mailed out or something done. however nothing. the number on the back of the card doesn't work or the number on the website and there was no place i could email to see about getting a new one mailed out or anything like I've been told other companies do. unless i can somehow get this fixed m just gonna have to see about getting my neighbor a refund.

My card got expired and I tried contacting customer support on the phone numbers available on website to ask for a replacement card to access my funds but can’t get through the automated system. Now I can’t use my funds. Such a horrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

I bought a fifty dollar card a few weeks back. I tried using it online just for it to not work at all online. I tried buying a one dollar bundle in a game to see if it was just on Chrome, and it worked. Then, when I went back to the website, it didn't work. I went back to the joker card website and filed a complaint, and still nothing a few weeks later. I'm extremely disappointed because I regularly buy their cards

This is the second $25 card my kids received for a birthday present from grandparents out of town. The balance was gone before the card even reached us, both times. Customer service says they can see the funds were taken by a "spoof site" and it will take up to 90 days to dispute this. They also want my phone number, email and home address for the account. Very fishy. Im not interested in sharing my home info with such a scammy company so I disconnected the call. Minutes later I received a call back from an auto sales company in the same state the fraudulent charges came from (wow, so who is running the scam?!) But they were claiming to be the dispute department. I call bullsh*t. Warn your grandparents about this, and anyone you know who buys prepaid cards. This is not acceptable.

this card is a literal scam. card is always refused and if u try and register the card well your balance goes straight to 0.00$. For anyone who gave this company anything higher than a 1star review is delusional. if I could go lower than 1 star of into the negatives i would but unfortunately 1 is the lowest possible option.

an absolute nightmare. how is it this hard to register a card? the website didn't work, giving me an error message. i tried calling the number, only to be given no option to register (even though the automated voice told me it was a possibility). called again in the morning hoping to connect with a real agent only to be told my card information no longer matched their records. was told to press 1 to connect with an agent, upon which the automated voice promptly told me "goodbye" and hung up the call. what the hell? where are the real people behind this team? what an incredibly faulty and inconvenient system, how have there been no changes after this many complaints? i had $100 on that card and don't even know if it's accessible anymore.

I saw that my card was going to expire so I called the number on the website. There isn't an option to even ask or send an email. I'm entitle to the funds which are significant but cannot access them or anyone to re issue another card. AVOID JOKER at ALL Costs!!!

Purchased a prepaid $500 Visa for someone to take on vacation with them. They didn't end up going right away, but when they went to confirm the balance on the card, it was empty. Called customer service and they said it used at a gas station 4 hours from where we live. The card was unopened in a wallet and never used by us. Customer service said because it exceeded the 60 days, there was nothing they could do. This is wrong, it was scammed and that should not be on me. Will never buy again.

A friend gave me a Joker Mastercard prepaid card. When I tried to register the card on the website after the 24-hour grace period, I got a message saying something like: "We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact the cardholder's services by calling the number on the back of your card." I called the number as indicated in the post, but I was surprised to find myself connected to some kind of AI-powered customer support system. There was no human agent to assist me, and although I provided all the requested information, I was told they couldn't help me and they hung up on me. I then tried to pay in a store, thinking it was just a glitch, but unfortunately, it wasn't, and my payment was declined in front of everyone. I also tried placing an online order, but again, it didn't go through. I searched for a customer support email address to report my problem, but again, I couldn't find anything. I'm not usually one to judge, but it's unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of this size to have a problem. I hope someone from customer support can find me so as not to further damage the company's reputation and so that this doesn't happen to anyone else!!! Sorry for being harsh but somebody had to do it
Update : they sent me an email trying to gather proper info as promised but I havent got an answer back after I filled up the form

It is a scam. They make it unbelievably difficult to use and provides no useful info. Keeps declining. I tried to check if my registered address was inputed correctly, but I've only ever received the error response:
We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact Cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card.
IT'S A VIRTUAL CARD, THERE IS NO BACKSIDE.
Every single "customer support" number I have dialed, is 100% automated. I cannot believe how much money they scam off of people who are unable to use the card.

Cant use the card.
Try to go register the card online.
got this error message.
We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact Cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card.
Call the number. Took the french line (because my 1st language is French as you can see with this broken English messagE)
After 3 try and always being transfer directly to the English queue, i lay out my issue with the agent.
The only think he can do is send me an email where i can reply with all the information about this Credit Card. Since its was a Xmas gift from my work, i will not able to provide much information on the card. Well that too bad because its the only thing he can do.
So STAY AWAY from this bullshit credit card.
juste spend 30min on the phone to get an email that will not help in any way.
Not able to get any service in French (you know you sell your card in Canada, there a big proportion of the population that speak French)

I received this Joker prepaid card as a gift. Unfortunately, it does not work in stores, and when I try to register it online, I keep getting an error message. I have tried multiple times and followed all the instructions, but the issue is still not resolved.
This has been very frustrating, and based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this gift card for someone else. I hope this issue can be properly reviewed and resolved.

I had the card for a month, unable to register, card does not work, when I call the number in the back , it says the number has been changed and then it says my call can't be process and that is it, what a scam

Tried to register my card over 5 times, kept saying they were unable to register me until they finally blocked me from their site. I have $50 on that card. Don’t buy this

I have been trying to activate this card for 20 days now. Every time I try to register it shows "We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact Cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card." But when I check the balance it shows there is still 100$. Every time I try to make a purchase on Amazon it doesn't work can't order on any other sites too that support it. I am very frustrated because I received it as a gift and that's 100$ of their money that they can't get back. When I tried calling the number like it says I get no real help it's just an automated system that wastes time.

I've been trying for 3 days to register this card that was given to me for Christmas. The website keeps saying, we're having trouble at this time blah blah blah blah. When I call the number on the back of the card, customer service is Non existent! Very disappointed, will Never purchase or recommend a Joker mastercard to Anyone. I guess the jokes on those that purchase and those that received it as a gift.

Of all prepaid cards I've ever purchased. The Joker cards are by far the worst ones, I've never seen a card that needed me to go onto a website for verification (for an addition $2) after already paying a $5 fee for an activation when I purchased it from the store. Got a $50 card and only spent $18 of it, now it has just been rejecting my card everywhere else that I attempt to use it. I'm almost thinking that joker card are just scammers.

Genuinely disgraceful
This card works, but it is impossible to check what my balance is. No matter what I do or when I try it, I can never access my card's balance or a transaction history, I get an access blocked. I try on my phone, and it says to contact customer services. I try this, and the phone line is a labyrinth where it seems impossible to talk to a human. Why would ask people to contact customer services if there is no one to pick up? I cannot check how much is on my card on the website, a disgraceful experience for something that costs hundreds of dollars.
