I wish I could give it ZERO stars

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Money stolen off $350 worth of cards. I live in Canada and sent proof the money was spent in the USA... in different places. Somehow I teleported there and spent it? Followed all the steps. Cards were "issued" then all of a sudden cancelled because me details didnt line up with theirs? COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. STAY AWAY.

If i can give this Joker Card -5 i…

If i can give this Joker Card -5 i would.
I got a 400 dollars joker as a gift for my baby shower, it said on the card to register it first before using. I went online using the link on the back of the card. I registered it, it said registered successfully. Then i went on amazon to use it. It got declined.
The second day i went to check my balance and it said 0 dollars remaining.
This joker company stole my money and when i tried to call them, they said i got scammed.
How can someone get scammed using the exact link on the back of the card.
This is absolutely the worst gift card i ever received.
Do not use them as they will steal all your money!!!

Worst gift card I have ever used

I Card for my birthday and I was super excited to use it online I saw on the back of the card that before using online I had to register the card and when I went online to register, it tells me that they had some problems reading my card and to wait some time before checking again so that’s what I did. I waited 24 hours And I checked again same thing I did that for about three days I was fed Up I use the card on Amazon and turns out it was perfectly fine. I don’t have to register anything so I try to check the balance of my card that there is a fraud alert Worst Visa card that I have ever used.

SCAM ALERT

I received a Jokercard with a $30 gift from my daughter as an anniversary gift. I went online to verify the balance and had to enter too much information for my liking. It didn't give me the balance and to use it online I needed to fill out way too much paperwork. We decided we would use it when we went out for a meal. Unfortunately, someone used our gift to play some online games. Seems to be a BIG SCAM. Spoke for an hour to someone in Columbia about my experience and they want far too much personal information for me to pursue my loss. I would possibly be out thousands with the information they want. Buyer Beware.

Quit joking around.

Here's what the real problem with Joker cards, I cant really say I've had a really big problem with the virtual card, but physical card are where you really don't even hesitate to sear some out of their money, do ya? And each time I attempt to give the Joker another chance. I find out more and more, that's the one thing you don't joke about. You mean it . When am I gonna make that investment and not end up charred because the someone in there has light fingers holding a book of matches. Look, no one like to burned at all and I really hate it. What is like to know is, what does not Peoples Trust think about all this. I mean, I'm certain I'm not the only one this stuff happens to. To think that is just so dam arrogant. There are others, right?
Anyhow, zan you guys stop that, please and thank you.

My card was drained without it leaving my sight

Received a Joker Mastercard as a gift. There was supposed to be $100 on it. On Thursday Sept 12 I checked the balance using their site and it showed $100 balance. The next day Sept 13 I tried using it at a shop and it was declined. I then tried using it at a grocery store, it was declined. I went home and tried checking the balance on the website but that would no longer work. So on Sept 15 I had to call the customer service line. The automated customer service says the balance is $0, and there are 5 transactions from Sept 14 (the day after I tried using the card) that I do not recognize. I cannot check the balance or transactions online to know where they happened. I cannot register the card online anymore either. The website is totally useless. Essentially it seems I am out a $100 gift as I don't see anything being done about this fraud. I am absolutely telling everyone I know to NEVER buy pre paid Joker cards as they are 100% a scam

Stay AWAY from Joker Cards!

Absolutely agree with previous posters on the Trustpilot Review site. I was given this $300 dollar card as a wedding gift. It is impossible to get through to anyone to discuss previous transactions. The latest retailer said there is a balance of 41 cents! hahaha. There is at least $80 "missing" but also no way to verify transactions. The website is flimsy and only gives me an error when trying to check the balance or transactions. The robot phone service is deplorable and sends the customer on a never ending loop of nothingness. Terrible product. Frustrating experience. Stay well clear of joker cards or the joke will be on you!

Card cannot be used for amazon prime or netflix

I have been using jokercards for the past 2 years and a few months ago prime stopped accepting joker cards for payment and today netflix also stopped accepting jokercards cards for payment. Both times customer service was no help. The cards are activated and have sufficient funds. I have also experienced problems checking my balance online with 2 different computers, although it seems to work with an old ipad. I would not recommend this card if you have any possible alternative. Otherwise expect issues.

Abject trash card and company

Company says their cards can be used for online purchases, but fails to note that it only works for companies of their choice, and if they have had issues in the past with those retailers, you can't use your card (and you will have issues, because their cards are so easily stolen and drained). Add to that if you can get through to a human, they are happy to lie to you about anything at all. Stay far far away

I received a prepaid Visa Joker card as a Christmas gift, and a month later, my husband got another Joker gift card for his birthday.
A couple of weeks after receiving the card, I tried to use it, only to find it was empty! someone had already made a transaction with it! Suspicious, I checked my husband’s card when I got home, and sure enough, it showed two unauthorized transactions and was also empty
I contacted the company multiple times through phone calls and emails, hoping to resolve the issue. Each time, they assured me that the card had been recharged and was ready to use. However, after two years of following up, I’ve gotten absolutely nowhere.
If you’re considering using their services, think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

What a scam this prepaid card is.

What a scam this prepaid card is.

Received this card from a friend and used it twice. The original balance was $100. The final balance was $32. Went to check the balance and register the card for online purchases and the card isn't recognized now where as before it was fine. Called the number on the back of the card and input the number and received a message saying the card was never activated and needs to be returned to the point of sale. What? I had used it twice already. This doesn't instill a lot of confidence in your brand. Your name matches the card. Bunch of jokers. And good luck talking to a person. It's all automated. I figure this was my only chance of recovering my money. I see they respond to people here. All 1 star reviews. I'd be ashamed.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. DO NOT USE THEM BUY THEM OR REGISTER YOUR CARD!! They WILL steal your money.

Received a 250$ gift card and after registering it within a few minutes nearly all my money had been used towards a company in the US I never heard of. Although at that very moment I was sitting in Canada not in any online shops.

Customer service is nearly non existent. Going through the site lead to numerous broken links including the one to my balance (took me an hour just to find a proper pace).

I am not the only one as there are countless testimonies of others going through the same thing I did online. So if you think you’re the exception just look it up.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS and report them. Somehow they are still being sold in stores.

Absolute garbage. I received a Joker card from an elderly relative. The card took forever to register and when I try to check my balance the website is blocking my access. Companies like these should be downright illegal to operate.

I guess the joke is on us....

I was looking for a prepaid card for online streaming services. I bought a joker visa, registered the card and managed to make 1 payment to said streaming service. For both payments, the card was declined even though there is $ in my balance. I go to Joker.ca website to check my balance and it says something about my card not being valid or not enough available funds and to call the number on the back of the card. Too many are having the same problems and Joker seems to be a scam and shouldn't be allowed to take people's money for a prepaid visa that doesn't work. Never again.

The prepaid card won't register or activate for no reason everytime even for checking the balance

I used to enjoy them but everytime I tried to activate or register or check balance of the card I have it would show an error for no reason it read we are unable to process your request at this time. if you continue to receive this error, please contact cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card. and the site is very wonky at times so everytime I get one I had to manually check the balance by calling the number which is a big pain I wish they can improve the websites I get blocked and locked out by the site alot I wish my cards works but yes they do but it always purchased right I don't know why it does that when the card is already Activated at the store they purchase it I didn't do anything and I need your help my recommendation please put verification box every time you register or check balance like vanilla card does please I wish you have a customer service email or chat I do not enjoy the service my solution just buy vanilla card never buy gift cards issued by EQ bank
