Joke of Joker Companies

Can I constantly just leave bad reviews? Your In for a major scam and no customer service from this company regardless of there "bot" answers. My card issue was supposedly dealt with over phone in April and have not heard since. When I tried starting new claim they opened and closed it stating I have to fill out a form and every transaction in dispute. You guys really do suck. I hope no one every buys your products or you get investigated as I have gone ahead myself and began a legal action suite. I wish people would read these before buying. I also have made it clear in public places to not purchase anything from you, your welcome.

Need to change packaging

Joker card Canada seriously needs to change their marketing. The package states Jokercard gamer card and can be used anywhere online worldwide. This is false, called them today since they rejected every single attempt to use on gaming site in the US as well as other countries. When I spoke to the rep he had no comment on the packaging but did say in the fine print their cards will only work online if the site is in Canada. Absolutely bull and false advertising. They are truly a joke and will never buy their product again.

These cards are too easily hackable !!!!

It has happened to me twice now using these cards.
I bought card yesterday afternoon.
Activated it and made a transaction for $3.20.
30 minutes later I tried using it again and it kept getting declined.
Checked the balance and there were pending charges for Call Of Duty for $350 & a couple others.
The card was only for $25.
I called immediately and told them what was happening.
Since the transaction was made from the States & I am in Canada they knew it wasn't me.
And why would I try & buy something for $350 when I know the card is only worth $25 !
Still I have to fu****g wait 7-10 days for the charge to be declined then call them back and get a new card issued.
So like 3-4 weeks to get back $25.
Second time it's happened to me.
Horrible cards.
Never buy again.

This company is trash

This company is trash. Please do not use their services. I bought a card in December and I put $500 on the card when I went to use it the card wasn’t valid. It was a bogus card that they gave me when I called the customer service line they wanted me to wait for 4-6 weeks to get my $500 back. This is a total piece of 💩. After going back-and-forth with them, they told me they could send me another card .They didn’t even want to give me my $500 back. And now they finally approved my refund they still want me to wait another 30 business day to receive the money and the mail. This is a total bull💩. 🖕🏾 this company.

Joker is an actual JOKE!

Joker is an actual JOKE! I am speaking for my mom. Her cousin gave her a Joker Mastercard gift card and she used her card of $50 once today for $33.55 and her remaining balance is $9.74?!!! When is should be $16.45?!! That is a got damn scam! NEVER PURCHASE FROM JOKER! They rip you off. The customer service on the phone doesn’t let you talk to a person either. So this a FULL SCAM BEWARE EVERYONE!

Weĺl purchase 175 dollar mastercard and i went to use it and it was declined as soon as i put money on it it was being used and your customer service people are useless if they cannot fix this problem make me wait you won't wait for the money I paid you now the customer has to wait because now I can't order the parts

Complete scam

Complete scam. I bought a card which offered "5% cashback" at select merchants...and I made purchases as those merchants....after waiting 2 weeks, I never got my 5% cashback...I called and escalated and someone finally emailed back saying "my card does not have the 5% cash back feature". WHAT A SCAM!!!!! They try to lure you in with 5% cash back and don't honor it......and to boot, you have to chase them down for any reponses. Very poor customer service...I will NEVER buy their cards again....STAY AWAY from them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I tried to purchase online and is ALWAYS declined. I registered the card in order to use online but it doesn't work. Totally wasted my money. There is no way to reach a real person when trying to get customer service. I used the chat on their website which was a total waste of my time. The person on the other end took 5 minutes between texts to respond and did not help one bit and finally said to call the phone number or go to the website it says on the back of the card. While I was typing to explain this was the website it says on the back and that the phone number is a useless avenue he just ended the chat session. Terrible company!!! I will be warning people any way I can to not purchase these cards. It is a scam. Retailers should not be offering these and need to pull them off their shelves!!!

SCAM! FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM!

I wish I had seen all the negative reviews before. Both THEPERFECTGIFT.CA and JOKERCARD.CA are a FULL SCAM. I just bought them because I saw them at SHOPPERS DRUGMART and I trusted that they would be reliable. I couldn't buy anything online and when I went back to SHOPPERS they told me these cards are FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS from either SHOPPERS or this company which is based in the US and when you call the Phone Number is a Fully Automated System with no way to talk to someone. I've never had this problem with OTHER GIFT CARDS. I don't understand why in the world SHOPPERS keeps selling these. THEY ARE THE WORST.
