Purchased goods through Debenhams website however all have to be returned - two addresses show in Royal Mail Portal Jolie Moi C/O Torque & Jolie Moi Concessions very confused as to which address to send back to. I have sent emails but no replies as yet ?? Its states on Jolie Moi website to send Debenhams Web orders to the C/O Torque address at Bradford but Debenhams says Jolie Moi concessions different location can anybody help ????

Sent 4 items back in the same parcel and they’ve only refunded 3 of the items claiming that the 4th was missing…have proof of delivery and tracking details and they won’t refund my outstanding £80…absolutely disgusting customer service…a bunch of crooks…wished I’d listened to the reviews on here…sadly now I’m £80 out of pocket.

Sent a dress back via tracked returns. Company said they had no record of this. When I sent them the Royal Mail proof of postage I was told they would reimburse my account. I am still waiting weeks later and they are not responding to my emails

Beautiful dresses at bargain prices
Beautiful dresses at bargain prices. Arrived in 4 separate parcels which was a little frustrating as I wanted to try them all on for a function, and 2 of the parcels arrived after the function. I kept a couple of the dresses, spoke to customer care - the lady was really lovely and helpful about the returns process. Items were refunded the same day they were received back, but I didn't receive a notification of this in any form. Would use them again, but wouldn't order so many dresses as it cost me £25 to return!😳
AVOID JOLIE MOI - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered dresses for £176, they never arrived. Jolie Moi are saying they were delivered. I've a camera on my door, they weren't. I was emailing for 2 weeks looking for them. 3 months on, I've jumped through every hoop and completed every procedure they said needed to be completed. They don't reply to most of my emails. I requested a charge back on my credit card, I emailed again and they said as the charge back was requested and I had my money, they were closing the complaint. They then rejected the charge back and the money was taken again from my account last week. The tone of the emails are rude and unhelpful, I love their dresses but will never buy from them again. 3 montha with no dresses and at the loss of my money. AVOID!!

Really crud customer service - especially given the price point and the connection to places such as John Lewis (who have decent customer service).
Staff really don’t seem to care. It’s a shame as it lets down the brand. If I owned the company I’d be keen to identify and solve the problem.
Very poor quality
I purchased a dress size 12.
When it arrived the dress was in a small plastic bag. The dress was very creased and was far too big.The quality of the dress was very poor had better quality from Primark.
I paid for delivery off £3.99 and the had to pay £4.45 to return which was a very hard process. So I spent £8.44 for a dress that was very poor and creased quality. Will not buy from this site again and please see reviews before purchasing anything from this site.
Lovely dress
I’m really happy with my dress and it arrived very promptly. I was very worried in case I had to return as I only read the reviews after ordering. If I’d read them before I wouldn’t have placed my order. So glad I didn’t read them!
Very poor quality product and customer service
I would give 0 stars if I could. Very poor quality Jolie Moi dress ordered via Silk Fred. Fabric has rubbed after wearing only once. Silk Fred are refusing to refund. Extremely disappointing customer service. I will not be buying from Jolie Moi or Silk Fred again. Avoid both companies
Only issued refund after I said I would report them to trading standards
Do NOT shop with them. They sent me the wrong dress and I returned this and showed them proof of my return. I had to chase for nearly a MONTH for a refund. They kept ignoring my emails and any emails they did respond to they kept asking for proof of postage despite the fact that I had sent them proof of postage several times and provided all of the necessary information. The return was also tracked so I had absolute proof from the information on Royal Mail Track and Trace that they had received my return a couple of days after I had sent it. I sent them all of this proof and yet they still kept either asking me for proof of postage or simply ignoring my emails completely. They eventually did issue a refund, however, this was only because I told them that I would be reporting them to trading standards. After I told them I would report them to trading standards, they replied very quickly and issued refund straight away.
So helpful & great communication
I needed a couple of extra bridesmaids dresses and they were showing out of stock everywhere. I emailed to ask if they knew where I could source them and they came back advising that they had the sizes I needed boxed up ready to send out to a boutique (I guess). Jolie Moi advised that I could have them if I need them. They called me to discuss, and then again when I confirmed I'd like to order. Communication is great and they have saved me a massive headache with my wedding planning/bridesmaids dresses. I am so grateful and highly recommend Jolie Moi.
Really pleased with dress
Really pleased with dress. Good fit, very comfortable. I was a bit concerned having read reviews about returns taking a long time. I ordered several dresses all fitted beautifully but I only needed one. I had to upgrade postage to have enough insurance cover to cover dresses. It was expensive. I’ve since found that I can order Jolie Moi through next click and collect and pay nothing. I have to say that my refund was prompt and I will buy JM again but through Next.
Good value, easy to wear dresses for all occasions!
I have purchased several dresses from Jolie Moi and have always been very happy with them. Some haven't quite suited me but I have returned them and been refunded swiftly.
The fabrics are good quality in vibrant prints which I enjoy wearing. The cut and style happen to suit me and I find them very comfortable whether for occasion wear or just when I feel like dressing up a little!
The price is reasonable when compared to similar suppliers, but look out for the great savings to be had when you subscribe and have a discount code!
My interactions with customer service have always been pleasant and friendly, I am delighted to give them five stars and I often recommend them to friends and family!

My experience seems very different and a lot more positive to others on here. I ordered 2 dresses from Jolie Moi both were of a very good quality but neither really suited me so I returned them as per the online instructions. I did then see the reviews for the returns and I did become quite worried that I wouldn't get a refund. So when the return had been delivered I emailed Jolie Moi with my order no, and a copy of my Certificate of posting and confirmation from Royal Mail saying the parcel had been delivered. My money was refunded the very next day. So I would happily order from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress from this website. I had seen the same dress in next but it had sold out. I stupidly thought if next sell the brand it should be good. How wrong was I?
My £89 dress came in a 12 inch x 12 inch plastic bag stuffed in and creased up. It would obviously be creased. No care what so ever in packaging. Why on earth would an occasion wear company think this is acceptable?
The dress was called Shirley and the quality was similar to a dress you could buy from a cheap market stall.
Basically Coast, monsoon price but in reality better quality from primark.
I emailed no reply I sent a message on Instagram no reply.
Plus the dresses have lots of styles with same fabric so if you are thinking of wearing one of these dresses for an occasion chances are so will someone else.
Very disappointed with my purchase and extremely concerned no-one can bother to reply to customers.
Avoid this company they just don't care.
I returned a dress on 1st April
I returned a dress on 1st April. Received an email on 8th April to say they'd received it and had credited my account. I emailed on 29th April to say credit hadn't appeared on my statement. Have tried ringing but apparently number 'out of service'. Am I £85 down and no dress? Rubbish customer service and complicated
return arrangements. I wrote this review on 4th May....the money has now appeared in my account.......
