I am in our local Jollyes store at least once or twice a week and they know me by first name and vice versa. They are all lovely staff and nothing is a bother to them.
Since Jollys have stopped doing the loose dog treats in favour of the prepacked ones, my dog doesn't like them. Even my neighbours dog doesn't like them. I'm now having to travel to another pet store... See more

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

Best pet supply shop ever!!
Staff are all lovely. Murphy, my little Yorkie adores the store, mainly because he gets to go chat up the hamsters 🐹, rabbits 🐇 , guinea-pigs 🦫and birds 🦜 at the back of the store. As for me? I adore the store for several reasons. The have the largest supply of 'Good Boy' brand treat I've ever seen. They have a great range of herbal & regular meds, for the little things that don't need our lovely vet. 2 full aisles of dog foods, not to mention all the things they carry for all the non-canine pets out there. My 100% favourit thing about Jollyes though, is the Rosie & Rufus clothes range. I know some people sneer at doggos in clothes, say it's cruel, even. My wee man developed an alargy a couple of years ago. It's left his hair on his neck and shoulders so thin he looks bald, the poor wee dot. In hot weather, he needs to be covered to avoid sunburn and in the winter he's always freezing. Murph loves his clothes. If I so much as lift a t-shirt he comes running like a total madzer trying to shove his head through the hole!! They R&R range has fleeces, hoodies (complete with pocket to store his spare treats in 😂) shirts, gilets & coats so gorgeous I could cry. Murphy is a wee bit of a problem shopper, he keeps buying a new item of clothing everytime we go in (nothing to do with me, honest 🙄). I actually had to buy a miniature hanging rail for all his coats & goodies etc.
As well as the brilliant range of stock, they put a cherry on top in the form of a customer loyalty programme.
So, to round up, GREAT staff, GREAT stock & GREAT prices!
The staff were so helpful
The staff were so helpful, I came in with my first puppy to just see the prices of raw foods and I came out with stuff to try plus some toys and a lead and all that jazz.
Emily was really friendly and enthusiastic and seemed to know all things dog related.
