I am in our local Jollyes store at least once or twice a week and they know me by first name and vice versa. They are all lovely staff and nothing is a bother to them.
Since Jollys have stopped doing the loose dog treats in favour of the prepacked ones, my dog doesn't like them. Even my neighbours dog doesn't like them. I'm now having to travel to another pet store... See more

I always buy my dog food at Jollyes and have found staff very willing and helpful. On Wednesday I was in the shop in Banbridge and I enquired about something to treat my dogs bad breath the chap gave me details of what was available and I left with much information to think about it.

Straight into store
Straight into store, put goods in trolley, went to checkout, paid and received discount due and left store with discount card for next month. Overall transaction 5 to 10 minutes. No problem here
