Not good staff
Most of the staff are lovely and polite ,one girl imparticular is very rude ,refused to serve me at till ,asked me to go to the other till were a staff member was already serving a customer,I had large dog bag of food in hand as well as other items ,for her to call the male behind me and to serve him,while I'm still waiting in line ,
she never has a smile on her face either,not good customer service at all ,this is in Bangor store northern Ireland

Service is getting worse
Service is getting worse! Had to squeeze past two staff members talking to get to til. Then they ignored me and kept talking. Eventually the male came over, didn't apologise just mumbled something and scanned my products. I have supported this store for many years but find the customer service is getting worse

Competitive pricing and fab customer service
Staff are always very friendly and helpful, pricing is competitve and they have recently taken the step to stop selling live animals - encouraging to see a company put ethics over profit.
